Hello! It's been a hot minute, I have been very busy. Unfortunately my workload has halted a lot of progress on the DOOM: Eternal Night album, but I still plan on following through with it when I can. The album is still going to be 20 tracks, and those that have been previewed/teased previously are still going to make it onto the album. This track, however, is not from that album. This track is from a completely separate project I don't think is ready to be unveiled yet. I have faith in it, and wanted to share some of the music I've been making for it. Lastly, I have been working with a community member by the tag UberCringe on rescoring The Blood Swamps from TAG P1, as well as replacing the Cultist Base soundtrack with System Malfunction. Hopefully those should be out some time soon and fully ready to be modded into the game, until then keep your eyes peeled and your palms bloody. Rip and Tear!
So I was blasting this while driving (sorry) and I stopped at a red light while 5:50 was playing, when it got to 6:03 the 3 dudes in the car next to me had rolled the windows down and were head-banging. Light turned green seconds after the song ended, it was so awesome lol thanks for the rad tunes!!
This shit is amazing. It sounds like if Inferno from Killer Instinct was made for Doom with some elements of WH40K. Keep up the good ass work and don't stress yourself over the album.
It's funny you mention Inferno, because there actually is a cheeky reference of a reference to it in there. For context, my friends and I enjoy playing TF2 like aimless idiots. We're at that point where we've gotten so good that playing sweaty meta 24/7 is just boring, and we love to dick around with the Huntsman. One day I took my favorite bits of Inferno and made it into a combat loop we could throw on and mutually listen to while doing so, no downtime just nonstop riffing. The riff at 3:44 - 3:56 is a reference to that loop, taking one of the riffs directly from Inferno. A fun double reference!
@@KrysPolezoes now that you say it, I can tell exactly what riff it is. That one riff that became eventually the quick quad kick chug riff from bfg division. The context is cool and neat and it’s fun to throw references in music. Overall, I’d say it’s the easily readable time signature/tempo along with chugging riffs and a somewhat less atonal approach that gives it the same bouncy, energetic, and rock feel as inferno. Your tutorials are helping me get better at understanding how to do things in a daw and are helping me a lot. I hope that one day you can score as composer in a badass game like doom or maybe one of the new boomer shooter resurgence games.
@@KrysPolezoes Just found this video. Honestly if you are concerned about your view counts and stuff I feel like the title might have something to do with it. If I hadn't listened to some of your other stuff I wouldn't have guessed this was related to doom styled music at all. As cheesy as it might sound, sticking "DOOM Inspired music" or "DOOM Eternal Styled Music" or something like that in the title might help catch people's eye more.
Awe, good old Argent Metal! One of my favorite types of night time lullabies. A perfect, soothing tune to fall asleep to..... This is a real ass kicking banger ya got here! It would perfectly into any DOOM game. Can't wait to hear the rest of the songs from this "separate project".

To be honest I assumed it would do better since while not BEING music for DOOM specifically it was still very much in the style of it.
