I love this pan! The Secret Center Cake Pan is such fun way to decide on different combinations to use! For this video, I am making peanut butter truffles to go on the inside of the surprise wells. Please subscribe to this channel if you enjoy new recipes and cooking.
For this recipe, I used a box cake mix and followed the directions for 9" round pans for baking. For the peanut butter truffles, I used a small batch because there are 8 wells to fill and the big section in the center. I love cooking for and feeding my family! From daily snacks to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, it is all so fulfilling for me to be able to give them this gift. Many times throughout the years other responsibilities have gotten in the way of me being able to cook for my family. Sometimes, it would mean that as a school teacher, I would get to feed other people’s families. I loved that too. Since I started full-time as a consultant in November of 2020, I have found a new direction for my time working at home. Not only do I get to help others make memories, create traditions, and build richer lives with their families, but I can do the same for my OWN.
I was a Performing Arts teacher for 17 years here in Missouri. I went to college at Lambuth University (back in the day) in Jackson, TN, where I met my husband, Matt. We have been married for 23 years and live in Missouri. In our spare time, we enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling to National Parks throughout the US. Pampered Chef has made it so we have more of that “spare time” to spend doing our favorite things. I am always excited to talk with others about being part of the best team I know.
