Rope 1 - upward facing arm extension
Uttanasana into Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
Utkatasana (spine straight ), holding top ladder, moving lower down
High back arch, moving lower down, bent arms to straight (repeat)
Side shoulder release into Vasisthasana
Virabhadrasana I - hands supported high
Utthita Parsvakonasana
Virabhadrasana II - arm variation
Ardha Chandrasana - hand supported high
Virabhadrasana III - hands supported high
Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana - hand supported high
Virabhadrasana I - hands supported high
Utthita Hasta Padangustasana I into II, across to III, into Eka Pada Swatikasana standing and Eka Pada Padmasana into a side variation split.
