    Looking great. Everything lined up really well. Can’t wait to see the finished FJ. And she the old girl back on the road!

    Good afternoon...thank you for the previous help - I have the same issue with one of my fenders. May I ask what spacers and/or shims you used between the fender bracket and chassis, and how they were placed? Thanks!

      I think I just fabbed up some "horseshoes" out of some of the leftover bodywork steel. That let me drop them in from above with the bolt in place, vs fiddling with fender washers or the like.

    awesome work. Congrats! I've got to start researching insurance for mine. I've heard there are a few companies that will appraise/insure it against true value.

      I ended up going with Hagerty - they will do "agreed upon value", and I didn't get any pushback. I'll probably shop around again this fall, but they're a reasonable option for a full-resto rig.
