I'm not a big fan of Halloween, but I am a fan of your sketches! I love this illustration and I'm going to sketch along with you and put an owl or woodland creature in place of the ghost. It will still have a beautiful night time fall feel to it and fit my personality just right. Thank you for all the hard work you put in to inspire your followers.

All Hallows Eve comes from All Saints Day that we celebrate in the Catholic Church. Hallow is a term for Holy. It's a day we celebrate the Saints in Heaven so it is the Eve of that very important Feast Day! The next day we celebrate All Souls day to remember those that we have lost and to remember to pray for them. There's so much more to it than that but there's generally where Halloween or All Hallows Eve is from. There's a lot of misconceptions that people spread about the church in regards to that but it is special to us Catholics! I love the cover page! So cute!!!!! 👻 ❤ This might have to be our last year to dress up with our son (we usually match his costume) but he's getting older. He wants to be Spider-Man so we will try to match that 😅 so fun.
