We don‘t say „Wiener Würstchen“ in Austria, we call them „Frankfurter“. In Germany they are called „Wiener“.

Something you might wanna know: I hear a lot that the waiters in Austria are rude because they don't come to you a lot. In Austria we value privacy over all. When we are out with family and friends we want to be left alone. So the waiter only comes to you to get your order. And after that if you need something you have to wave them over and then they will also be rather short with you so you will be left alone again quickly. They won't come over regularly to ask if you want something else or if everything is okay.
So it's not that they are being rude or ignoring you, it's just part of our culture here 😊

it takes you quite a while, to finish a video. there is no snow in July in innsbruck, maybe in 1816 but in 2024 it was hot and sometimes wet. Edit: I'm not complaining, it takes time and effort, to produce quality content.

as an Austrian I really see that you know your austrian food and drinks! you are definitely right with the drinks, austrian wine is definitely better than the beer and I recommend visiting one of the "Weinkost" wine events in the countrysides where the winemakers of a whole village present their wines

Again, you nailed it! Not only the content but also pronouncing all the food. Great job! You are the most consistent travel channel out there, Kudos to you.
One thing I wanted to say about our cuisine is that it is really dependent on our neighboring countries. I would argue for example that the cuisine of the federal state of Vorarlberg is heavily influenced by the Allemanische culture region which contains some regions of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and also the southern german state of Baden-Wũrthenberg. So there will be a lot of Spätzle involved. By the way, the term “Spätzle/Spaetzle” has many synonyms like “Nocken” or “Nockerl” or “Spatzen/Spotzen”. So don’t freak out if a restaurant has “Kasspotzen” but not “Käsespätzle”, it is the same just that the former term is more dialecty.
But to get to my main point - just look at a federal state’s neiboughing country and you will get the food influences. Like Upper Austria has a big bohemian (czech) influence with their Knödel or Vienna and Burgenland (obviously, just look up history) has a huge hungarian influence.
Us Austrians are a mixed bunch of people and that is reflected in our food. This is great!
By the way - do not miss out on all the Street food opportunities. In the video the “Würstelstände” aka sausage carts were mentioned (which are probably receiving protection status by UNESCO funny enough), no also consider trying “Leberkäsesemmel” - a Kaiser roll with fat slice of hot mixed meat in it (don’t ever ask what meat it is exactly- we don’t know either). And don’t miss out on “Bosna”, our kind of Hot Dog.
    Have a pleasant stay!

Red Bull is actually from Thailand. Austria is allowed to market in Europe and North America only

its not really correct. the origin comes from Thailand (energydrinks, called: krating daeng) but the red bull formula was created further developed in a own modified version in austria for the austrian/european market. and you can get Red Bull almost everywhere in the world.^^
