I always think of the Galloping Gourmet (Graham Kerr) when I watch Kevin. Only those of a certain age will know which programme I mean 😊😊. He used to pick someone out of the audience to join him for dinner. Thank you Kevin I really love your programmes.

I absolutely love anything that involves vodka sauce!!! Penne is my favorite pasta-so Penne a la Vodka is definitely a match made in Heaven for me!!! The garlic bread looks wonderful!!! I also make delightful garlic bread much the same way you do-I like to add a little lemon juice to my butter and garlic sauce when I prepare garlic bread.

I use my Instant Pot all the time. Growing up, my mother used the old stove top version pressure cooker, so that's what I learned on. These new electric ones are so much easier. I fix meats, greans, rice, casseroles, and soups in mine. I also have a Ninja Foodie plus 2 other electric pressure cookers in addition to my Instant Pot. Sometimes I do my whole meal in pressure cookers. And I say or-egg-ano.😊
I remember as a newlywed in the 80s using a pressure cooker that had been a wedding gift. I was so terrified I set it on the stove then stood outside the back door while it did its thing. Got used to it eventually, but it was a beast!
Oh Kevin…this meal looks so delicious and fuss-free. I can’t believe how cruel I am to myself to be watching this fabulous video while eating my cheese and apple sandwich. I don't have one either, but I do have a stovetop pressure cooker that I use for non-pressure cooking as well as pressure cooking. I've had it for about 40 years, it serves me well, and I'm very fond of it. I say ore-gah-no.

Mmmmm! What a hearty looking pasta dinner, Kevin. The garlic bread is a perfect match to the main dish. I will make the pasta in my instant pot, too. Asiago cheese isn't my favourite, so I'll switch it out with parmesan cheese. Thank you for such a lovely dinner and dessert!

I use my Instant Pot a lot. My water heater burst and flooded my kitchen nearly 2 weeks ago so I got it out to make some spaghetti sauce for frozen meals since my kitchen was about to be gutted. It decided to die on me too. About that time, my son asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I told him another Instant Pot.
LOL I bought an Instant Pot to use in my RV, but as I have only used the RV once the Instant Pot is still brand new! This dinner looks delicous, and can easily be adapted to a Plant-based diet. Your channel has rapidly become one of my three top favourites. Kevin, I don't know how you manage to find time for all your many projects, when some of us struggle maintain the status quo! You are inspiring me to unpack boxes and enjoy using and displaying beautiful things. You have certainly created a very serene lsanctuary. I love it! And, more importantly, you are always so warm and welcoming.
Thank you, Kevin, for this great video. My mother used to serve wonderful dinners and loved entertaining. We were a middle-class family, but her mindset was just because we weren't rich, it didn't mean we couldn't enjoy some elegant entertaining with family and friends.

I love watching your videos, Kevin. I would be making this recipe right now, except for I’m missing the cream cheese. I use my Insta pot at least once a week to make egg bites or hard, boiled eggs.
I have no instapot, but I do have vodka, cream cheese, and everything else in the recipe. I can make it in my dutch oven style pot, but might take longer. Oh well. Your version of garlic bread looks delicious. It's like deluxe garlic bread. That would be good to serve for a variety of dining/entertaining situations. I could see it as accompaniment to a bowl of soup, as an hors d'oeuvre, or with steak. The fireside table looks to be the perfect setting for this menu. Although I could see myself enjoying in front of the the tv, while watching a favorite old movie, glass of red wine nearby. Thank you for sharing this with us. Take care.♥️🍝🍷🥗🥖

Alright I just have to come back to this video to say that I have had an Instant Pot collecting dust atop my fridge for almost a year now but thanks to your video I got it down, watched a few how-to videos, and have literally not stopped using it for the past two weeks! It's running around the clock and I've cooked all the random ingredients in my freezer and pantry and have now so many ideas for new meals to try. Thank you, I always learn something new from you but this is an absolute life changing device for me, I have saved so much time and clean up!

How lovely! I use my instant pot every day. It’s perfect for wild mushroom risotto, frozen perogies in 1 minute, whole wheat macaroni in three minutes and. My gosh the list goes on!

Everything you do is so elegant and understated. I’m envious of your fireplaces. I’m restoring an 1813 federal mansion on the coast of maine. 9 fireplaces but sadly three of the chimneys were taken down below the roof line by past owners. I’m trying this recipe.
I love all the food you created in this episode. We made your Applesauce Loaf a few weeks ago and it tasted so good. I use the same ingredients as you for my garlic bread but I just mix them all together in a bowl (butter, garlic, parsley and cheese) then I smear it thickly on my bread and bake then broil . It is the best . We use our instapot for pasta as it doesn’t need to be drained and hard boiled eggs as the shells peel off so easily.

I use my instant pot for a few recipes, such as:
Creamy Chicken Alfredo: Gluten-Free
Savory Garden Risotto: Gluten-Free
Paired with Lemony Arugula Salad and Sauvignon Blanc.
I live alone and I don’t have an Insta pot but you could convert that recipe to a Dutch oven. Looks absolutely wonderful. I’m so grateful I found you. You are lovely. And I love your home.
yum! I do my garlic bread the same but to mix it up sometimes use cheddar mixed generously with mayo and a couple dashes of Worcestershire. It’s delicious., and I forgot the garlic paste.😮

I will definitely try the garlic bread. I don't eat much pasta and I don't have an instant pot, so I probably won't make that, although it sounds and looks delicious. I pronounce oregano or-eg-a-no rather than or-e-ga-no. I believe either pronunciation is acceptable. Have a lovely weekend!
Thanks for another lovely vid. I use my instant pot a lot. It is the best for cooking beans. No need to soak! You can have beans from dried to creamy in under a half hour. And making hummus from fresh-cooked warm chickpeas is about the best tasting hummus you'll ever have. I learned that in countries where hummus originates, it's usually served warm, and what a difference! Have a lovely week Kevin and everyone here. 💕
I don't have an instant pot and don't want one. I already have enough "stuff" in my kitchen. You'll have to tell us what skin care system you use. Your skin looks amazing. It's very relaxing to watch you cook and bake.

I love your home. It is so inviting and beautiful both inside and out. I also really enjoy the way you now do your channel... like we're friends and I've stopped by for tea (or coffee) and we're just chatting while you do things. I used to do that with friends... they'd carry on with what they needed to do and I'd follow them around chatting and giving a hand where I could. I miss those days. I've been watching some of your earliest videos and, although they're good, they are more "regular" food channel videos. This, that you do now, is so much more comfortable and interesting. And you still teach and share your cooking as well as all the other things you do. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with me.
We don't have an Insta-pot, but we do have a Cosori... which is an air fryer. We use that nearly daily and love the way it makes cooking easier. Once I can make meals again, I'll be hauling out many of the appliances that have had to sit on the shelves in the "pantry/laundry"... like my mixer, ice cream machine, food processor, etc. Then I will give some of your delicious looking recipes a try.
As mentioned, I made this meal for our guests and us yesterday and hmmmm it was so delicious. The garlic bread is indeed delicious. The guests enjoyed it. For dessert we had an Irish coffee. Okay, BIG ADMISSION TIME!!! My husband bought me an Insta-pot two years ago. It sits on our beautiful counter in the recently redone kitchen, with the covering still on it. I'm afraid of it. I feel like I'll blow up the house. I need to work on this challenge. I'm old-fashioned and use pots my husband bought me when we redid the kitchen. I have the time. So, in answer to your question, sadly NO I DO NOT USE MY INSTA-POT. I may give it to my daughter and son-in-love because they DO have busy lives and would appreciate a quick cooking 'thingie'. May I also say that I appreciate your videos. In a world that is so often ugly and disturbing, I have your videos that are informative, charming, lovely, and oh-so relaxing. I first had penne with vodka sauce in Providence, RI. It was delicious. I've meant to look for a recipe to try my luck making it. What a perfect way for my IP to make its debut. Your recipes are so explicit, they make me brave. More IP recipes, please.
I use my Instant Pot a lot. To pasteurize raw eggs (to make mayo, Caesar dressing, egg nog...), and to make perfect brown rice, steamed cauliflower, and a long list of broths, soups, and sauces. Short ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, chili. I haven't been brave enough to try a pasta dish, but your video has inspired me. That penne a la vodka looks amazing! I'm going to try it as a pasta course for our Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks!
My daughter loves penne vodka so I’ll definitely try this easy recipe in my Instant Pot. The garlic bread is my weakness and your version is mouth watering. I look forward to recreating this meal in my home.

I love my instant pot, I use it for almost everything, definitely every day. Glad to see your recipe I can use. I’m not as afraid of it as I was at first, now I use it very untraditionally or according to how the book says you have to. Very freeing and inexpensive instead of me always using stove and oven. I kept hearing about folks using the instantpot for making hard boiled eggs, so I went on Marketplace to hunt one up (there were tons of them, so I guess a lot of people bought them and didn't use them enough to be worthwhile)! It's 89 degrees in CA today so I will save this recipe for when it gets a bit cooler. It looks delicious! Although I would add lots of freshly ground pepper to spice it up a bit.
