I think Ryan bates plays guard and Coleman Shelton at center and I’m fine with that

Only problem with benching Nate is the fact that he’s getting a free 10mil to be on the bench if they sit him down. They definitely need to get out that contract asap after the season. He’s a bum and that’s why Tennessee didn’t resign him.

Nate Davis appears to represent my biggest concern when it comes to guaranteed money.
I like Ryan Poles, but I'm gonna need to see something more than 10 wins in 2 seasons before I give him his flowers.

On Poles, do they realize how much culture Poles has changed already at Chitown in one year? This team though not in wins yet, as shifted from already from one side of the ball to at least 60/40 and not 90/10.
He helped get through a scandalous of a start of season a new GM could have with optics going as far to saybthe FBI raided you establishment.
I don't think he is the best GM in the NFL but for the Bears, even though I don't agree on some of his decision ls, in my 40 plus years being a Bears fan, he is definitely been at least the top of that heap atm.

I think Poles dropped the ball not getting a Center in the draft. I know we didn't have many picks but I am tired of us paying old, tired, players and using "veteran" as the excuse to over pay. We need a young center to grow with our young QB. I wouldn't be jumping at Williams. Let Sheldon play Center and Bates to Guard.

Do u think Ryan Poles can restructure his Contract since he's living up to that Contract so that way the bears can release him without giving him guarantee money since he's being lazy asf I understand that he might be grieving if he still is but if he using that to miss out on camp cause he doesn't like to practice get rid of him he's showing he doesn't care and his work ethic is 🗑 u get paid to play football we need dogs on that oline I'm ok with Bates starting at LG move Jenkins to RG and Shelton at C hopefully Braxton come through at LT we don't need Davis at all

The Ryan Poles and Caleb Williams honeymoon is at great risk of crashing hard.
Shelton is graded lower than Lucas Patrick as a Center by PFF and the Davis bust factor is very high.
Poles has ignored a position that touches the ball every down and signed a guy who doesn’t want to work hard.
The season could implode.
