Thank you so much for your reply. I'm still facing issues changing the voice of my video. Here are my steps:
I created a video project.
Then I uploaded the video and chose the AI voice.
Then I clicked on the play button.
However, I still see that the video hasn't changed. Even though the color of the text remains the same as in the previews, I can see that the AI voice has been assigned to the script, but the voice remains unchanged

When I add in my overdub voice, it cuts the video and does it over an inserted black video frame. What am I doing wrong?
Yeah, that's expected. If you add new text into the script it's making a new audio file but there's no video so it'll just be black - you can cover it with a video or photo or something.
If you want to change something you said in a video and still have the video play, make sure you use the method @12:32
i just loaded my video and i have a new script. How can i make my video speak with my voice new skript. i watch and dont get it. can you please give me simple instaruction ?

You have to train Descript on your voice - the instructions are at @8:35
I highlighted the text I want to adjust and when I selected overdub option I don’t get the box to actual text box to edit the words. I can’t find any information online on why this is happening, do you know what what I can do?
If you're just trying to change the text in the transcript hit Correct, not Overdub

@@vp-land because many TH-camrs say that ai voices will not get your channel monetized

I have monetized channels with AI robot voice videos. I think from a viewer perspective, AI trained on your voice would feel like a better watch experience.
