And has goofy ahh prices that's why he still has his entire collection. He's well known around the area as the useless collector. Like $60 for bad condition used $30 Gundam type of prices. Places like this that look like junk and are filled to the rim means awful owner.
Eric seems to like the hunting and finding more than hanging on to. That's an awesome quality, a lot of times letting go can be hard for some.

My son's grew up in the 90's
I saved ALL their toys, with the intention of having grand children to play with them
They are all in totes in my basement.
I keep telling my grown sons that we need to go through the totes and let my now grandsons play with them and possibly sell the rest.
But they never seem to want to come over to do that.
Everytime I see you in someone's home looking at all the toys that they have collected I say to myself I'm just going to sell it all to Froggy

One of the most impressive collections i’ve ever seen. That is wild. I am just a fan of froggy, i don’t collect vintage toys but these videos are a fun insight into some history and this looks like a place even i could just walk around in for hours lol

collecting can be a disease..it never ends!!! It’s like owning 8000 pairs of pants 👖 you can only appreciate so much before the rest of your collection becomes a blurr. I was reminiscing my children’s book 1st edition collection and would be pleasantly surprised when I saw that I had two or three books that I had forgotten I bought.

What an awesome building filled with so many cool toys. Those JPs i"d do the booty scooty for in a heartbeat. I'm rebuilding a lost world humvee I found in a free box for my first restore after finding the trailer, stun rods, and a fence panel I just need the top lights.

Foggy your videos are absolutely fantastic you do a great job on them I don't usually watch them more than a couple of times but with 10,000 square foot Magic I've watched it at least three times probably going to watch it a couple more times I know it's a long drive but I'm sure you're going to revisit that place so much toy collectible goodness there love those Mike post items you picked up on to the next

That place is Amazing!!! Looks like he even had a retro freestyle bike in there! I can’t imagine that now as an adult, can you imagine being 9 or 10 and walking into a storage unit like that? Rivals everything but those toy lines in their heydays at Toyr R Us! His locker crushes the selections you see in most toy aisles and probably is as good if not better than a lot of retro toy stores. Crazy! Thanks for sharing this!

Storm Shadow was my favorite figure as a kid. He kicked everyone's ass.. even my silver hawks couldn't fly away from him!
Also had a My pet monster..not so oddly enough he protected me from My buddy once "Childsplay" came out. 🤣🤣 I would put the cuffs on my buddy at night just in case! 🤭
