Since the last two years I have been doing the rounds of flood and irrigation department to put up racks against the walling of my property which was completely washed away in 2010 floods. The sad news is my walls have gone again in this flooding and now for the next two years I will again knock at the doors of the ut administration for racks till the next floods but I know the racks will never come up,
