I was 10 and living in India. It was evening 5-6 PM there when this happened. I remember coming back from the playground and my dad and mom were glued to the TV watching the news. I didn't understand much at that point of time but I do have a memory of watching the second plane going into the tower at a slant angle. That stayed with me.

I was a baby at the time. I couldn't walk yet so when people talk about 9/11 I had no idea what they were talking about.

I was 28 years old. I watched it live on a big screen television. I live in Canada and even we had fears of terrorist attack on Canadian soil as well. It was scary when hundreds of planes had to divert to Canada with little airport in Gander Newfoundland, receiving a large chunk of the diverted planes. It was definitely a totally f'ed up day that day

@Enriqo.m thank you. There was a lot that had happened on 9/11 that was never covered. If you are ever interested on Gander Newfoundland on 9/11. I don't remember what the documentary was called, but if you just look up Gander airport on 9/11 and it is right there. Another frightening thing there was a Korean Airlines that came very close to being shot down over Alaska by the American military because of a simple language barrier when the pilot accidentally hit the hijacked button when it turned they were not a hijack. That plane was diverted to Whitehorse Canada and landed safely

@Enriqo.m I just remembered the name of the Gander airport 9/11 documentary, Which is Cleared for Chaos which goes more in depth on what truly happened that day from a Canadian perspective and the other one is called Kindness of strangers
