Nice one Luge, fast and smooth. I have the same bike ZX6R but 2009 and I am planning to race at NW200 this year, was at the MGP in 2023. Which gearing do you recommend? 15x41? 16x41? Thanks mate and hopefully I'll meet you in the paddocks if you are back ;)
Ok he races the Manx and is one of the instructors. He is the one I'll ask about the gearing. Make sure you do a valve check before you go to make sure they good to go. I never did the twin and I payed the price.@@juliencregniot147
I was the one keeping the last place warm LOL. I had a look and I started with 15/43 then 15/42, I did the race with 15/41 but the 15/42 was the better option for speed and drive.@@juliencregniot147
Hi .. thought I would be polite and ask if you minded if I clip a little of your footage to put a youtube vid together of my trip to the nw 200 .. I know you have clipping enabled. But I wouldn't do that without asking first ... I would give you a mention in the description.. kind regards lee
Great rear video too . Shows the work the shock is doing very well👍
So hard to believe how a slow start hurts. Superb video for anyone who aspires to run at this exciting event. Thank you guys.
Yeah not sure what happened there. It got stuck at 10k revs.
Tried some different gearing, which didn’t help.
You where riding very well a lot of red flags but chuffed to see great onboard footage. Thank you.
Thank you, sorry I didn't reply earlier. Off to the Southern 100 next
Nice upload 👌
Superb action footage. Slightly off piste, what camera setup are you using - particularly regarding sound
Hi. I run with a GoPro 7 black in the front and a GoPro hero session in the rear
No added bits. Just the cameras
The audio is captured by the 7 black.
I had a 636 b1 kawasaki awason bike

Thank you, I'll have to check the sheets but I think it was 15 x 42. I will ask one of the other lads who ran a 16 front. Do you Know Rad Hughs?
@@lugeracing Thank you ;) No I dont sorry

That was awesome! What model is that ? (R6 2017+ ) ?
It’s a 2012 Zx6r. Old but still has some punch.

Yes feel free
@@lugeracing appreciate that . Thank you
Do you notice the speed during the race or does your brain adjust and everything slows down inside your head, if you know what I mean.
You do for the first few laps, but then you start to fail in and see more.
Pity you dropped off others no slipstream tow
Yeah It was close till we got held up in the first corner with the crash
