One more question, did your previous time in conceirge helped you in your management internship?

1000%! I had my Leadership teams support which helped. They were able to expedite my training since I already had that experience. Concierge training alone is 3 weeks and my Leader training was only 1 week 😅

Did you get to choose your hourly role after your MI was finished? Im patiently waiting for an opportunity to apply internally, but just curious about afterwards?
