The beach is very bad but everything else is absolutely great. Service is amazing and the pools are amazing.

@@TravelSmartVIP we def hope to return, next time with the kids! The staff, food, the black diamond amenities, walk out pool... all amazing! We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we pulled up and were greeted with cool towels, drinks, and the staff saying, "Welcome Home!".
Highly recommend this resort. Im goin again for this year Christmas, for my 5th time. Super nice resort for the whole family. The food is great. I’ve stayed in many other resorts but this one nails it. The beach is kinda ok, I should say but over all💯🔥🔥
Highly recommend to rent a car for family because taxi is expensive $70 usdollars one way to Cancun or playa Carmen, u do the math. Have fun..🇲🇽🔥🏖🍹🍸

I am seeing complaints about the beach being brown nd nasty. Is the water clear?
As with all the beaches in the Caribbean, there has been an increase in the amount of Sargasso that has washed up to the shores within the past year which, on particular days, can affect the colour of the water on the shoreline however this is not permanent change and the beach is as beautiful as always.
that’s a lie, we are here right now and they are saying they are going to clean it but they aren’t and it smells
