To me, satisfaction is relaxing. The singing bowls were the most satisfying render because it's so simple, but the quality of it is enhanced by it's simple nature. The metal balls rolling on the tracks, and the constant background noise worked together so well to become something truly soothing.

I think it's called OCD :D
I'd argue that you can't be an "adult" if you don't know how to spell "you're."
@@benvoliothefirst Please feel free to argue however I’m Dyslexic so please excuse my mistakes~ ☺️💕
@@oomanagarcha How old are you
Hahahahaha! That's funny. But also, true.

watching something burn to crisp is satisfying both in Minecraft and IRL
It's not a satisfying render if it's not a satisfying wrender
JUSTICE FOR WREN!!
man i failed an essay because i wrote render as wrender
20:35 is the most satisfying. Quickly inserting a flashdrive/thumb drive smoothly on the first try
Clint spends hours on his render
Niko: sticks and bowls?
I know this was like 3 years ago… but. I just found this channel as I’m in the midst of a career change to the world of 3D art and VFX and I’m loving the joy you guys show for the work you create. It really is inspiring for those of us working to make a go of it in this industry. ✨✨
That said, straight talk, I’ve never felt the urge to comment on ANY video before, but I had to this time. Hope you guys see this, most of all Peter - THIS. Either you hadn’t done enough of the right mind altering substances or you hadn’t done them right, because as someone with lifelong mad dreams, years of meditative tutelage from Buddhist masters and significant exploration of psychedelic substances…. I say goddamn cause what you made hit hard.
I’m still catching up with your guys’ latest escapades, but at least from this cheap seat, none of that 6/10 shit. A full 8/10 - cause we should always hope to never reach a 10/10 because then we cease to strive, and only not a 9 because… well I hope you’ve delved deeper since this was filmed. F yes friend ⚡️
My heart dropped when Wren said "Are you guys doing a render challenge without me?!"
22:29
everyone: celebrating Sam’s win
Wren: ascends to heaven in the background
Was he standing on the 1st floor Handrail / bar ?
@@ultragames007 yeah but you could only see his legs 😆
Clint should’ve had his bowls or handles on a pendulum-like contraption so the critics could see what the simulation was
I was thinking that but also with glass bowls that each shatter at the pinnacle of pitch.
Or had balls fall from the sky that roll in and out of the bowls and tip the wands into spinning.
I really wanted to hear the balls fall or do something as they disappear
or made the so called sticks act like a clockwork
Clint's one made me go into a coma it was so relaxing
Still think Wren’s was the most satisfying. Those missed spots ruined the whole thing. If Sam fixed those 2 glitches it would have been Sam for me. I think they did Wren dirty on this one. Lol
If Wren had 1 more element to his, something causing the break, like a needle or pendulum, he wins imo
@@imaxium7854 it was pretty basic but I feel like it was the only one that actually followed the criteria and was actually near flawless. But I see what you’re saying.
@@imaxium7854 but I’m also biased because Wren can do no wrong.
exactly my thoughts! if its not perfect, its not satisfying, its kinda annoying.
I agree the whole point was that all the mess gets cleaned up but if failed. Missed the first requirement
Wren having his own render ready was one of the greatest plot twists in anime history
*wrender
*wrender
Is it really the greatest plot twist when they foreshadow it from the very beginning pretty heavy handedly? 😅
Wren is raising my heart rate with his roof sitting and balcony rail standing shenanigans.
Yeah! Hahaha I got freaked out!!
I'm so fraking scared of Wren in this video, first he's sitting on the ledge of the building with headphones on and almost fell in shock, and later he's standing on the railings of the second floor while watching the final renders. Wren's middle name must be DANGER.
Don´t miss the new episode of: "Satisfying artists react"
Satisfied perhaps?
@@danielngmoen3901 yeah that 😆🤷
@ or even better, unsatisfied, cuz they crave that satisfaction
Sam’s render revealed the universe to us and then sucked up the stars themselves.
The Universe got satisfied.
Peter's just like, "you know what's satisfying, acid trips."
They are. 😂
I'm so mad that they didn't appreciate or mention how good the sounds were in the bowls render. How did that not factor into the decision.
I agree, the vacuum render was amazing except for the parts that got missed. I'm immediately reminded of cleaner commercials that leave that one germ behind for legal reasons.
99.9٪ lol
98.6 heh
96.9 lulz
studio: exists
wren: time to stand on precarious edge
Urgh! Knowing the drop, why, why did he do that. Made me actually shudder
He got the beam on his back ;)
thanks
Got me worried for a lil there
The singing bowls were a 10/10 it was really good imo the missing pieces and the second liquid were not unsatisfying
"I've been awake since yesterday"
*also stands on the railing *
Wren is The Corridor Crew's Chris Traeger - Incredibly wholesome and a little bit deranged.
Wren's won in my book. The only one that gave me tingles.
yea it was the only one that made me go "oooh yeah"
yes, quite obviously the most satisfying
That was Clint's for me. Loved it
Peter's render is like a psychedelic acid experience
There needs to be an OSHA cut of this episode that hides all of Wren's precarious standing/sitting on high surfaces.
Instant anxiety
Especially since he was talking about how he hadn't had any sleep...
I hope that one day he doesn't trip. That's how it always goes. People are confident, well trained, feel good. Yet after 20 years or so they suddenly trip because someone just changed the surrounding (with no bad intentions) or you simply become ignorant of the danger. I love Wren so much. Hope he doesn't keep doing it because of comments.
hahah yeah didnt make tat connection but yeah i was worried at him sitting on the roof edge and then thought why is he standing on the railing thats no safe
I wish Clint had released a high def render of his first animation later, I really loved it and I wanted to see it after he had time to finish it
The bowls where awesome i literally felt myself relax instantly.
the plot twist of Wren doing a secret wrender was the most satisfying part
Spoilers!
Wrender
It would be cool to have the judges not know whos renders are whos.
hey that's a good idea
Yes
In all these challenges, I love seeing Peter's work the most.
if Clint would have had the ground below the bowls ripple to each frequency that they were producing I think that would have made it a 10 out of 10
Its fun to see that everyone has like their idea of what is "satisfying". For me personally you all dont hit that super satisfying feel. Like I love when things get cut or made and its get suuuuper smooth. Like cake with mirror glazing or something like that. I think when you all work together you would create like a look that satisfy almost everyone.
The sound design on Clint's render.... gave me chills
OSHA Regulations exist*
Wren: I'm going to pretend I didn't see that
why is this not a series?
Believe me, it's going to be a series!
Well they did the same thing last year. So it might be a semi annual thing
19:57 no joke, I got so excited when this happened.
:)

“YOU CAN’T KEEP ME OUTTA THIS. LOOK AT THIS, IT’S A FLASH DRIVE” 😂
I love how in your profession not only specialists but common folk too can appreciate your work. Maybe not perceive all the details, but still
Blend of technology and art, and you are true wizards
And if seems your company is such a friendly environment filled with pros, so you can grow, learn, and enjoy every moment there
You guys are great! Wish I find something like that, but for programmers sometime too, so time isn't wasted. Wish you all the best, Corridor!
