unfortunately our queen is going to die in the third movie as she is relatively old and she will probably fight Giganotosaurus at the end of the movie. Either she will get help from Blue, or she will get help from the humans, or she will win alone but die from her injuries. Since the third film will be the final installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, it makes sense that they would wrap up Rexy's journey in this film.
