Sharing my learnings for those who can't watch the entire video.
    1. Abhyas - Repetition/Continuous study: Chanakya says a leader should be humble and should continuously study.
    2. New perspectives = new opportunities. But opportunities have to be experimented with the help of a mentor, to get success.
    3. When a new opportunity knocks at your door, which demands more than what you are now, COLLABORATE. You can partner with people who are skilled at something which you are weak at.
    4. NETWORKING is not just about taking. It is also about giving. So GIVE & TAKE.
    5. A leader will always be looked-up by many people. Whatever he does should be very thought after. So leadership is not just about *authority*, it is about *responsibility.*
    6. A leader should never ever misuse his power, but only use it for the benefit of his people.
    7. There are 3 stages of leadership - i) Being trained as a leader. ii) Opportunity of a leader. iii) Exit of a leader.
    8. Ways a leader can build strategic thinking (Aanvikshiki)- By observation, by studying, by discussing with mature people.
