I recently bought Liberty 4. Previously, I was using Capsule 3 pro. To be honest, Capsule 3 pro does wonders and that too at half the price. I used Capsule 3 pros and Liberty 4 both inside a metro train and guess what Capsule 3 pro was better. There’s one more problem I am facing with Liberty 4 which is it sometimes misses voice when sending a voice note on WhatsApp. I usually have to send the voice note twice unlike on capsule 3 pro.
I'm Using studio buds plus and there's the best buds for calling The mic quality is superbly awesome I was using airpods gen 3 and they were working fine But beats works on another level
I own these. They're really good. Haven't had people on the other side complain about not being able to hear me. I can hear the other side clearly as well, even in noisy environments.
its bad. when im on calls the other person hears the background noise and drains fast like 30 mins also the one bud drains faster than the other after months of using it
@Picky Audio I will buy S24 Ultra. I'm confused between Bose QC ultra, Sennheiser Momentum 3 TWS and Sony Wf1000xm5. i also like BASS, vocals, instruments, everything, except harsh treble. Which will do the best with Samsung supported codec? or should i just stick to samsung buds 2 pro? no budget.
All of those you mentioned are overpriced and the price is nothing but the marketing hype. If you want good products, as evident from the video, it isn't the price that decides quality in the case of TWS. SoundCore comes out on top in literally every aspect, and it costs MUCH less. Not to mention excellent customer service. Eliminate all the ones you mentioned, none of them are worth it. Stick to the Galaxy buds or go for others. Source: I don't work for Soundcore, but have owned multiple products from them and had a good experience so far *knocks on wood*
Hapy new yr!.. Seems like my a40 still alives.. Almost 3yrs now.. Soundcore frm Anker is a gd tws brands..Im polising it now while watch ur ranks for 2023.. Still shines like 1st got it.. .Peace!
Hey @pickyaudio I bought the beats studio buds plus because of this video but I'm not getting the same noise cancellation (kids, tv etc) that you have on the video. Did you do anything to set them up?
I don't agree with the Beats studio buds plus. I owned one, but in actual phone calls, my voice on the other line is terrible they can't even hear or understand me whether I'm on quiet or noisy environment.
I did see some other review about the beats studio pro+, and seeing some of the comments here i think this only works in a closed studio room scenario and not actual outside world testing. Would be great if these earphones were actually tested outside in a mall or something with real world scenario.
Beats Studio buds+ literally knocking my socks off after listening to the others. There’s no comparison, I heard damn near, absolutely nothing in the noise cancellation, but the voice was still very human sound like.
The mic is very good and holds up well in noisy environments. The sound quality is also really good! However, I just returned two pairs of them because if you use the Smart Mode (switching between optimization for Audio or Video) then there is intermittent audio drop out. Cuts out for about a second every few minutes, especially while watching videos. So you have to turn off Smart Mode but then you're not getting the optimized audio quality nor the optimized audio/video sync. Both pairs had the same issue and JBL support didn't have a solution. Found multiple threads on Reddit about it too.
Would be amazing if you had tried the Huawei Freebuds Pro 3, I tried many different earbuds and these have by far the best quality of them all. Better than Nothing Ear 2 for sure.
Do you know what's newest release of Soundpeats? I have been looking for the capsule, but apparently there are new versions. Thank you for your content!
At least I would bro, it's good but do some research about connectivity because I saw some comments on yt says that there is a small problem with pairing and some latency or even losting connection. I never saw that on TH-cam reviews but I saw some on comments section who used nothing ear 2. It was incredibly rare tho but just letting you know.
Today I bought a realme buds air 5 pro on a discount just for 49 dollars and I believe It gives the best call quality you can get in Its price category.
The Beats Studio Buds Plus are really impressive, but I prefer the Soundcore Liberty 4 approach, which lets in just a little more ambient noise than the Beats, but the vocals are louder and clearer. Ps: I would have really liked to see the Huawei Freebuds Pro 3, Earfun Air S and Qcy Ht05 Melobuds in this review.
I'm looking for a cheaper pair to use just for calling (Teams calls for work). Would a stem design generally be better? (Just scouting eBay at the moment )
A lot of the time yea. Check out my latest videos I have spreadsheets with the call quality rankings with the newest buds. Best Mid Range/Premium Scoring Spreadsheet
Nice that you graded up to an iPhone 15 pro, but you still don’t have every highres codec. Anyway how about letting us know your opinion on the 15? I skipped it and stick to my 14 pro max due to heating issues etc.
I wish I had this video before spending a lot of money on shi*ty earbuds. Thanks anyway for the great content and effort you give into it.Keep up with the great work. I am just wondering whether Earfun Air Pro 3 are way worse than Earfund Free Pro 3, as I don't see in the comparison list and I have recently bought them (before Free Pro 3 were announced) :/
My beats studio buds are awful for phone calling. As soon as i step outside my boyfriend cannot understand me. I love to talk on the phone i need to find buds that actually work great for talking outdoors
Idk if it’s just me but I’ve been through two pairs of brand new AirPod Pros 2 and the mic is terrible with city noise my partner can never understand me even with voice isolation
There's something different about you James, buuuut I just can't quite put my beard, er, finger on it. Beard or no, you put out quality videos, mate! Have a Happy Christmas!
Strong disagree on the Nothing Ear 2. Even in the quiet room, there was sibilant distortion happening. And it was present in the rest of the simulations as well. There was also some minor clipping happening at the front of a few words. While overall voice fullness was good, the distortion and sibilance should warrant a lower score.
