Its not slave labour for most of the Asian countries as the exchange rate is very high. Lets take the example of India as $1 = Rs.73 currently. So $750×73= Rs.54750. Its not bad at all for a middle class or working class man and they will never get that much working in their home country. And most of all, they don't have to pay for fooding or lodging so the $750 is overall a good package for em.

Because if they have to bring in labour from their countries, the $750 monthly salary instead could be around $4000 or more. Rccl is better than any other other company, crew member working on RCL believe only Disney cruise lines is better than RCL in terms of money . There are crew member in rcl who come from Costa P&O princess carnival Norwegian MSC Vikings etc and they give their experience feedback comparatively to RCL
