MEDIA NOCHE

Year 2022 has arrived and celebrated around the world with different foods and drinks to usher in a year of prosperity. But I was lazy to prepare dishes for the Media Noche.
Media Noche or midnight in Spanish is a yearly celebration where everyone celebrate the coming of the New Year. With the popular Filipino belief, Pinoys grace their table with an abundant gourmet dishes. It is believed that it will bring in good luck and prosperity. However, I don’t believe in this kind of luck. I only believe in blessings and provisions and I love to prepare foods when there is an occasion. This is what I often see with my parents especially during the new year.
