I'm the Aitsu/Koitsu guy. Was messing around with the theorycraft for a while but this was the first game I played with the build. Here are the basic ideas I had in mind: . Aitsu+Koitsu are both Chaos-End Master targets (Aitsu = level 8 synchro; Koitsu converts Advance Draw into 2 new cards). . 3100 piercer ain't no joke. Gets over pretty much everything in the format and beats up tokens and Rykos. . Aitsu+Koitsu are both fairies and help support an Honest (highly synergistic with Chaos-End), Orange Light, Kristya stun package. . Building on the stun package, Roll Out+Aitsu gets under Skill Drain and Oppression. . If we're running continuous traps, Planter makes sense so they can be turned off when necessary. Slime also makes sense as a Planter AND Advance Draw target that walls most stuff when necessary. Uria could also fit here but I haven't had a chance to test it! . At this point, Calculator hits some silly numbers with Koitsu and/or Slime on board. Searchable via Rai Mei which also can fetch Orange Light. It's worth noting that in the replay I submitted I was just messing around with the deck. I actually sided in The Calculator and Rai Mei after game 1 or 2 just to see how they played. I don't get the chance to play too often but would love to see Karpath do some experimenting with this!
It was painful that Karpath didn’t know what Koitsu did, read it, and still didn’t know. It doesn’t make the attack 3000, it ADDS 3000. Making Aitsu more powerful than even the Blue Eyes White Dragon.
It's crazy that Edison format has so many different decks and each year some new things are coming. More diversity than the actual game play. Love it, I stopped yu gi oh 12 years ago, so I love Edison and gonna buy some cards :)
