    Bielsa a genius coach. He has never wanted to train big clubs instead coaches small clubs and develops them to become good.

    • @marcteenhc9793
      @marcteenhc9793 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Never wanted to train big clubs? Are you crazy? He is human. He would love to train big clubs, but he knows it is almost impossible: the moment he tries to convince a super star like Benzema, Messi, etc, that they have to train for 3 times the amount of time they were training before or that they have to cut down their leisure time and the partying out, at that same moment these superstar start plotting against him or start looking for another club.

      @@marcteenhc9793 He has openly said he doesn't want to... you can't teach football to superstars... he wants to see the everyday progress of his players... his team getting better... also, can you imagine Barca's multi-millionaire players picking up trash on the street for hours? Cause he did that at Leeds... made the players pick up trash on the streets for hours to "get closer to the people of the city"... to help them understand how the everyday people make their living and get a connection with them... Bielsa is a philosopher of football... he loves the game with all his heart... he's not in the game for the big money and the huge clubs... he loves to teach football and see his projects grow and bloom into powerful teams (Bilbao, Leeds, national team of Chile are great examples)....
      You don't know Bielsa, that's why you say he would want Barca or Real Madrid... Guardiola has said that if Marcelo had Barca as his team he would have won everything... but Bielsa doesn't care... Barca have offered him the job of coach of the team several times... he wants the thrill of discovering new talents... of developing players and raising them from the bottom to the top... in barca he would have a billion euro squad full of divas with huge egos that wouldn't want to sit down and learn from the biggest football teacher in the world... it's not the right job for him... he wouldn't be happy there... and when he is not happy he instantly leaves... he left Lazio 2 days after signing!!!

      The pressing klopp uses and the systems at Man city were created by Bielsa. Pep literally flew to Argentina to meet with beilsa for advice when he took over Barcelona...

      mate, try google the background of bielsa before commenting negatively in here, the achievement he had with leeds utd (with such low resources) was quite an extraordinary, even though his CV was lacking compared to other existing top managers like mourinho, klopp, guardiola, etc.

Leeds was 15th in championship before he taking over, i bet even guardiola can't promote leeds in just 2 years but bielsa almost promote them in one year. • @yanceyboyz

      Money wins trophies, you can be a world class manager without the top tier trophies. If you take a small budget and average players and then win a league with them you are a great manager. Also the current holders of those trophies you speak of, the tactics they used (especially the pressing at Liverpool) were crafted by this man. Billy Dean didn't win the baseball world series, that doesn't mean every single sports team in the world doesn't now use his system of analysis...... Think about that.
