A little criticism on your 2nd fact. In the anime Mirage Fafnir never bursted, it only was defeated by ring outs or spin finish. Loved the video though.

I think they brought Cuza instead of Ken because Ken didn't have an evolution bey and remember when the copy cats came in then the person copying ken would have dark kerbeus but it would just be a plain old battle from the first series with no special powers or such so they brought in Cuza to make it more interesting but it's just an assumption
Edit: I'm also sure they could have had an episode where Ken evolves his bey and beats valt with it then valt beats him cause plot armor then Wakia could have called him too.
