I love to restore antique quilts. I have been fortunate to find many at estate sales and some at yard sales! I have had many made with feed sacks. I have seen such quality with hand pieced and hand quilted at 10-12 stitches per inches. I enjoy making these quits presentable by using original antique fabrics for repairs. These quilts are priceless and we should restore everyone we find. Live your collection of tiny quits…gorgeous!
So so true about the simple things Edyta - i am getting older and realize more everyday, how these simple things are the most important and precious! The simple things bring much enjoyment in our daily lives…
I am so excited to join the Little Quilt Club. I've made several of the quilts from Little Handful of Scraps and just love having them hang around the house and in my quilt room. This will be so fun!
