He usually gets back to boxing quickly, but the unused voice line actually goes on a while of him just screaming „NOOOOO!! I DON‘t BELIEVE IT, NO NO NOOO!!“ Also unlike Macho Man, Aran never seemed to care that the crowd hated him, it seemed more like he gets a kick out of fighting with the audience when he isn’t allowed to beat his opponent up-

Theres a little lesson about good sportsmanship and the importance of fighting honorably hidden within fighting Aran Ryan. In his first fight you can knock him out instantly shortly into round 2 but in his 2nd fight you can knock him out cold at the end of round 1. It just goes to show while Little Mac was actually training extremely hard to get to where he is Aran Ryan didn't bother to improve all that much and just opted to cheat even harder yet you can technically knock him out even faster highlighting the skill difference between the two and the importance of choosing improving hard work and dedication over cheating and taking shortcuts to improve yourself. I remember reading somewhere that his back story is he was bullied as a kid so he took up boxing to get back at his bullies. In super punch out, you can assume he got back at them and decided he liked boxing and went to train to be a pro boxer. On Wii’s hand, he probably beat the bullies but felt power from that and became a bully or something, and eventually decided to take up boxing, but since he was a bad kid, he decided to ignore the rules, and did good… BUT HEY THAT’S JUST A THEORY, A GAME THE-

Aran Ryan is definitely one of the Wii game's most memorable fighters, which is saying a lot considering how many heavy hitters are in that lineup. I remember my first time getting to him back in the day. It actually took me a bit to get a feel for the ol' first-strike method! Haha
It's incredible how much he stands out in such a colourful cast! His fight definitely takes quite a bit of adjustment, especially after you've honed the art of dodging and countering to perfection!
ryan used to be a clean boxer, but he lost over and over again because literally everyone else was using armor, animal help, and literal magic. something in him just snapped, and he went "if everyone else gets to cheat, SO DO I!!!!"

Honestly the backtracking never bothered me as a kid, and I still don't mind it to this day! The interconnectedness was really nice, and was definitely bumped up a few notches in Kazooie!

I definily encourage practicing the Aran Ryan fight without the starpunch during his knock down phase. Dodging his roped glove attacks is such a satisfying thing to do in this. There are so many techneques that make playing that can eather make beating this game faster satisfying to acomplish or faster and satisfying to accomplish. Just an excellent installment of punchout imho. 💛❤🐑

I Recently got into punch out in late August due to random binge watching, and you're videos definitely helped me appreciate more characters!
Aran Ryan is one of my favourites in the franchise due to how wanky and crazy he is to the point it's funny,and seeing this video knowing how it's going to be makes me REALLY happy tbh,I know this video will be good!

Aran Ryan is definitely one of the Wii game's most memorable fighters, which is saying a lot considering how many heavy hitters are in that lineup. I remember my first time getting to him back in the day. It actually took me a bit to get a feel for the ol' first-strike method! Haha
It's incredible how much he stands out in such a colourful cast! His fight definitely takes quite a bit of adjustment, especially after you've honed the art of dodging and countering to perfection!

ryan used to be a clean boxer, but he lost over and over again because literally everyone else was using armor, animal help, and literal magic. something in him just snapped, and he went "if everyone else gets to cheat, SO DO I!!!!"

Honestly the backtracking never bothered me as a kid, and I still don't mind it to this day! The interconnectedness was really nice, and was definitely bumped up a few notches in Kazooie!

Also, I'm not easily influenced by things that scare the living daylights out of people. The worst I've done is drop my phone a couple of times, but I never scream. I've always been pretty fearless.
I definily encourage practicing the Aran Ryan fight without the starpunch during his knock down phase. Dodging his roped glove attacks is such a satisfying thing to do in this.
There are so many techneques that make playing that can eather
make beating this game faster
satisfying to acomplish
or faster and satisfying to accomplish.
Just an excellent installment of punchout imho.
