I fell in LOVE with the one in budget as it literally ticked every box, surprisingly the more expensive one didn't. ANYWAYZ I put in an offer (not even the highest offer of the bunch), managed to charm the seller and agent and actually got it. I expected to be looking for MONTHS but yeah, universe works in mysterious ways. I'm currently renovating mine to my full specifications
