Just started the video. When doing a facial massage (with or without a guasha) you should prep your lympnhodes (chest, shoulders, collarbone, neck, jaw, behind the ear) before starting. You use an up-down motion and a circulaire motion for few minutes. And that's when you start the massage. That way the fluid will be going to the heart or stomach to get it out of your body. It helps with the flow. Or els the fluid will be stuck around your jaw, neck or throat.
