  • Three people have died from hyperthermia in the aftermath of Beryl - that's high body temperature. This comes as energy companies are working around the clock to get electricity back on for those impacted by Beryl. Currently hundreds of thousands of people are still without power. Included in that count are healthcare facilities. Dr. Danish Ali joins The Factor to talk about how this is leading to massive overcrowding in hospitals.

The fact you even have to say folks should take care of their family members shows how little we think of each other. But, sadly its so true.

I thought after Hurrican Mitch, people would be leaving in droves, and now with the last 2 storms, why aren't people leaving?

@@bc_usa Count on it, there's people who are going to flee Houston after this and recent storm that shattered skyscraper windows and Hurricane Mitch and 4-5 years ago, people freezing to death during an unexpected cold spell.

Don't run a car in a closed space open door or closed. Carbon monoxide is deadly, it will build up regardless.

@@michaelellringer5600 For instance the former Mayor (i.e. Sylvester Turner) was one of the most corrupt politicians. Most of His colleagues are indicted, fired, still under investigation like Lina Hildalgo, or in prison. By the way I’m not a Republican, nor Democrat.
