Just stumbled across your YT channel and so glad i did. Love the way you get straight to the point and share your fantastic recipes with us. You have a lovely voice which is pleasant to listen to and your visuals of what you are doing are clear and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your obvious passion with us All. - South Africa, Cape Town 🙏🤝
My kids that are 19, 18 and 15 still won't eat vegetables so when I make meatballs I put everything in a food processor and grind it up. They literally have no idea the amount of vegetables I have packed into those meatballs. 😂
I appreciate how you make your videos about the food instead of the farmhouse/homestead/cottagecore aesthetic. I just found your channel and it is so real it doesn't make me cringe to watch. Thank you.
Hi Elizabeth, I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon your channel. You are very inspirational!! Can you please do a video on all of the tools/cookware that you use - I know that not all cookware is created eq& im in the market to by some & would love your recommendations. Than you for your time & consideration!
I love all the new ideas I've been getting from your videos! Still simple and in line with how I like to cook, but things I have never heard before which is so refreshing
Everything looks delicious, everything. I have always loved veggies, I eat more variety than I did growing up. However, that zucchini and pasta looks amazing! I'm making it this weekend. I'm also putting on my list a roasted cauliflower with marinara sauce, with mozerela that becomes brown and gooey. It's so good. Thank you. I love your videos.
I loved this video!!! Would love more videos like these. Always looking for ways to get more vegetables in. We have a lot of food allergies here (working towards the GAPS diet which is very challenging). I love all the meat and vegetable ideas.
I kind of wish you were doing GAPS too bc you make meal ideas look so doable/simplified & delicious 🤪Would you ever consider doing a GAPS diet mini series? That’s a huge rabbit hole though….a lot to learn. 🙈
Love your videos and I’ve been binge watching them all lately. I would to see a video that is Lenten based. I think we all struggle with finding those lent friendly meals. Maybe this would be an article that you write or even a video but that would be helpful for a lot of us here.
Hi Elizabeth, could you talk a bit about how you make sure you’re getting enough iodine when switching to a natural salt vs table salt that has iodine added in?
Quick question. Well, first of all, I love your channel. I always gain knowledge and inspiration in watching your videos. So, thank you! Now to the question...what size of Weck jars do you use for your salt and pepper?
I haven't been able to find any delicata squash in my area this year. I've been really bummed because I love delicata squash salads in the winter. I've had to substitue with other squashes. Thanks for the recipes!
Love your videos! Simple and easy ways to incorporate Reggie’s😊 Got a question. In one of your videos you mentioned a beef protein powder, could not find that video and forgot the name. Also in another video, you made gummies for your children. I think with a gelatin powder? Would you share the name of those products, please?
Great question! I think that the chosen foods 100% avocado oil can be pretty economical, primal kitchen if it’s on sale, and for olive oil I usually buy mine at Costco. Otherwise just try to find one that has a single origin from Italy, Greece, or Spain. 💚🫒
I have a family member that is allergic to tree nuts so almond flour is not an option in our kitchen. Does regular all purpose or whole wheat flour work in the burgers?

What a great way to get zucchini into kids! I mix cauliflower rice with regular rice but never occurred to me to do it with pasta too! Thanks!!
I'm so glad you found that helpful!!

Thank you so much! ☺️ I use this protein : equipfoods.com/healthyelizabeth
And this gelatin for the gummies is great: amzn.to/4jstxiS
@ thank you! Is the gummies recipe on your website?
Can you {or anyone else) share what “good” brand(s) of olive and avocado oils you use/suggest? Preferably economical options. Thanks!

@ Very helpful. Thank you!!

I use oats, i just process them a few seconds in the blender 👍
Oh yes! You could use regular flour, finely grated Parmesan cheese, panko, oat flour, cassava flour. Any works to bind 😊
That little hand in there helping you, is so sweet!
My little helper makes everything more fun! 😋
1st 🎉 I learn from you.
You're so awesome, Cathy!! Thank you so much for watching. 🙏😊
