What's the most unique McDonald's item in your country? Thumbs up if you think it's the most unique.

I'm from Malaysia and we once had Durian Mcflurry, the whole country's McDonald's was out of stock a few days after the launch. The McFlurry was brought back earlier this year and I think they're more prepared this time. The current seasonal McFlurry item is Salted Caramel.

Here in Canada I'd say poutine and then lobster rolls in the summer. Neither are outstanding but unique to 🇨🇦 McD's compared to other countries. Oh, and at Easter they sell McFlurries made with Cadbury Creme Eggs. Those are the bomb!

Every country has it's own menu to cater to the population. Sometimes it's region based, like i had a Gruyère cheeseburger in Gruyère, switzerland mcdonalds. Every country has like 5+ country specific options.
But yes, japan puts a lot more into their food for sure.

Dang I want those carbonara fries. Also anything involving powder and shaking has won my heart.

Actually They do not have carbonara fries everywhere here in Japan...I live here and I always go to mcdonalds and they do not have carbonara where I go but I'm not in Tokyo Prefecture, I'm in Kanagawa Prefecture, next to Tokyo! lol. :P

They should try bringing the shrimp filet to the US. I think it would go over well in the south/ gulf coast region.

Baby Chios are super popular in Australia (maybe just Melbourne). Every cafe offers baby Chios.
