If you can put a quick itinerary of the places you went in order, maybe a little map mapping the route and name of the stops you made it would be great. I am waiting to hear back from a 2nd interview I had with a credit union on Friday, I think finally will land the job. Have watched all your videos for over a year now, we want you as our agent to buy our townhouse/house in Palmetto or Parish, we love the Trevesta MI Homes townhouses in Palmetto: Sabal (preferable) and Alexander models. You passed by some apartments before you got to the island. Was just wondering how much an apartment like that would cost per month...I didn't catch the name of them or I'd look it up. Can you help?
Yikes... how does one afford even the cheapest one of $1875 a month? Do the normal hs education jobs down there pay enough to pay that kind of rent? Or this just the rich area? Haha
Ironically, that’s the cheapest rent I’ve seen in Florida in the last four years. Someone would have to make $72,000 a year to comfortably afford that if they’re not living a lifestyle of overabundance.
