Wow man. Im 30 and have only just this year started watching his films. Incredible how they still hold up. Rear window or strangers on a train i enjoyed the most so far.
We don't see anything of the husband in this shortened version of the episode, but he was played by Robert Emhardt. In an earlier Hitchcock episode, 'Don't Come Back Alive,' he played an insurance investigator who tries to dig up a murdered wife's corpse in the husband's back garden. But in this episode, it's Emhardt who wound up on the wrong end of the shovel.
MY God this is the actress that played the "lonely woman" in Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window." I knew I recognize her since I've seen that movie more than 10 times. What a treat to find her on TV. Also, was recognized the woman that was living on the first floor ready to take medication where Thelma Ritter who was a nurse can see this actress was about to take medication that could be dangerous for her. How lovely to see her again in this show!
@@ronmackinnon9374 Yes, darling, the OP stated she has literally "seen the movie 10 (ten) times", yet doesn't know the character's name. That was the point of my comment. Are you able to grasp the skill set now? Or do you require illustrations to go along with the explanation, Mr. Low IQ. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Viewers who've only seen this cheapskate shortened version won't appreciate that her final pose, fainting into the officer's arms, is taken straight from a Martha Mason movie poster (shown earlier in the actual episode).
Please make these COMPLETE episodes. If you’re looking for greater revenue, just add breaks to the episode. You are not getting higher numbers in viewers because we don’t know if we’re watching the first or second part of an episode!!!!!
I watched the series as kid and i still do every night..they are good fun and ironic im a twisted way..the actress looks like olive oil but great i remember her in tje tingler with Vincent price..tv should return to good acting like this.
That "Cruella De Vill", killed her husband and lied and in the end her lie was true and she even got a prison sentence. It can then be said that justice has been fully served.😆😂

Funny movie I guess the wife didn't had enough patience or she could have found out the affair of her husband and then asked for divorce anyway it's just a movie or serial

The way she faint was funny

@@ronmackinnon9374 I know that's what made it funny.
I guessed almost straight from the beginning that she had murdered Henry and buried him in the flowerbed!
Of course. With that fake note that praised her to High Heavens. 🤣🤣

He’s just having an affair, that’s all. Just don’t talk about it. So reminds me of my parents era, keep it all hush hush.

I really like this episode. I've seen the whole thing before. Why do you only show parts of them?
Because they want us to pay money to watch the complete episodes over on Peacock. These inadequate mini-versions are supposed to entice us over there.
@@ronmackinnon9374 I wasn't aware of that. Thank you! Have a good day. 👋🏼
The dead body in the yard didn't stink? Lol - watched part 1 yesterday when she killed & buried him in the garden.
Give it some time,
They would've needed a warrant to search her property. They couldn't just go to her house and start digging without a warrant or probable cause.
😆That witch!!!!
Well I never!👍🎀
The other woman. Meet her.😮😮
Married life just wasn't meant for Martha Mason 😅
So what's the point of watching I/3 of the episode? You guys don't realize you aren't seeing the whole thing?
