Oh lssy What total and utter Joy to spend time with you in your world I so love to watch you videos Really enjoying your new posts Please please keep them going ...it makes my day eddyx
Great little tour. I can imagine what luxury it must seem after a long time in the van. We love the little camping/hiking reports. Be careful though, you are never too young to start looking after your knees and back!
The cottage is gorgeous, it looks really warm and homely. Hope you found out what you were allergic to, so you can avoid it next time? Have a nice week. 🙂
Lovely cottage. There is nothing wrong about second hand furniture. I fully furnished my bungalow without spending out on furniture. Keep up the great content. Safe travels to both of you.
Of course! Tom's walking stick that he misplaced and ended up retracing his steps back to Scotland to find! A great video, Iz. I hope your back feels better soon!
It is such a mental battle from travelling to solid walls! We still struggle after 3 years in a camper around Australia to being back in our house. But the house is in the tropical north of Oz so not too much complaining going on here! Love you guys and your videos as always.
Hey Iz. I love the cottage and your ‘at ease’ in front of camera is now rather impressive. You’ve mastered the art, so well done Iz. I wish you & Tom happy times in your new nest in Cornwall. The stick, well the stick that Tom went to enormous lengths to rescue. Personally, even as a long-distance walker, I thought he was bonkers. 😂🤣 Now, it’s in situ in a warm place. 😂 So Iz, you need to get advice from the medics on your back discomfort and your knees. Slow-down and only do and carry what your ability is comfortable with. 🚶🏻🚶🏻🚶🏻 Looking forward to your next adventure and video. Take care Iz. Jim 🇮🇪🚶🏻🇮🇪🚶🏻🇮🇪
The stick is Tom's lost and found Gandalf stick from last year's John O Groats to Lands End!!! (But why two axes next to an electric fire 🤔???) 😅 Radox baths are good for sore backs and knees 👍 Looks like you all had a great time in Wales 😊 Your house is really nice and minimal, and has lots of character😊 👍 That was a really lovely (and exceptionally well edited!) video Izzy!!! 👏👏👏
Yes, it’s Tom stick that he retrieved from a stream after losing it there. Mind it doesn’t get chopped up for kindling!!!! (Even though the fire is electric) Has Tom finally put that ring on your finger Izzy? It looks like it and if so, congratulations to you both. You seem like a lovely couple! Followed you guys for a long time now and always enjoy getting “lost in transit” - the best ever travel vlog! From ireland❤
Ahahaha love the stick refeeence 😂 I watched all the John o groats to lands end vlogs 😂 and loved the hitch hiking vlog that was wild 😂 love that it’s now pride of place in the fireplace ❤ the cottage looks so so cozy ❤ I’m happy you guys have a base! 🥹🎀 xxx
Was hoping that you would have moved to Ireland..as I followed your adventures for long time.. but thanks for them all. Best wishes for your new home ☘️👍
It looks like a lovely cottage, there are few better feelings than the excitement of moving in to a place you can call home. BTW, for ligament problems, my back's best friend is a packet of frozen peas, 15 minutes on and off several times during the first few days, don't apply directly to skin, rather use something like a handkerchief in between.
Love the cottage and your excitement about it is contagious! I can very much relate to the feeling of transitioning between a full home and the van. It’s such an incredible way to really not take things for granted. Having a home base and a van is absolutely the best of both!
Great vlog Izzy. Really enjoyed seeing you enjoy the time with your siblings. Also enjoyed the tour around the cottage. Remember watching you doing your back garden, it's looking good. Thank you. X
Aww, Izzy, I loved this video. The cottage looks so cosy, comfy and homely. Definitely somewhere I'd love to live. I also love your outdoor space, it may be small but it's perfectly formed. I'm really enjoying these 'at home' videos and would love to see more. I think your idea of a foraging/home cooking video is a great one. x
Lying on a sun lounger sitting on the veranda of a cute little cottage set on a promontory of the north coast of Cornwall watching a sunset over the Atlantic - this is my picture of paradise!
Yeah we recognise the stick, actually thought about Tom doing his walk this week as I was driving through the highlands on the way back from the Outer hebrides t
Toms long walk from top of Scotland to Lands End.Te care of your back. Love your home . Very sweet. Thank s for showing us . That was quick an allergic reaction !!! Do you have an episode pen now?
Love, love, LOVE your cottage!! Really love the minimalistic life you created for you and Tom. Izzie can you make a video learning us how to make, create a video like this? Thank you for showing around in your lovely cottage. Bay Ingrid❤
A joy to watch,I’m really enjoying your videos, as I did those with you and Tom. I’d love to see you visit more car boot sales or second hand stores, and/or little villages in your area. Your videos showing the beauty of your country are a joy to watch as well.
Nice vlog Izzy . If your struggling with your back, it might help if you lay on the floor and put your feet on the sofa and keep your back flat on the floor for about 20 mins , it helps with mine . Can you you cook me an apple crumble for next week please 🤘👍
Hey Iz yes I know where the stick originated, and how it was recovered, fantastic story😂😂 Love your cottage but you must do some more trips. Cheers to Tom as well. Mike 🍷🍷
The stick i recognise it and remember Toms journey to retrive it. Lovely little cottage, so glad you got it. You might think you home is small but it isnt as small as our 1 bed flat.
We love your cottage and you are so lucky to be living in cornwall, as we holiday down there every year and we love cornwall .brilliant vlog guys ❤Phil/Tina x
Llanthony valley is stunning, shame you didn’t have time to travel along the full valley. And I can highly recommend the Llanthony priory tower for b&b, four poster bed!
Hi Guys, How lovely I'v been watching you for years now. I wish you all the best in life. Yes indeed Tom's stick from John o Groats to Lands End,🐾Thanks again for all the lovely travels around the World. 🥰🍄🥦🧄🌳🐰🫐🫕
Definitely a Scottish stick 👍🏻🇮🇪☘️ don’t think you’d it’s like anywhere else 😉lovely looking little cottage must be nice to be settled for a while especially now that winter is on the way good luck to you both
Nice one guys the place looks great. I moved to Cornwall in May, just North of Saltash. Lovely cottage and sorry but I have a real Woodturner so I hope you can get one fitted. Happy days. Andy UK
Hi Izzy I know you like to forage for things to Eat and Drink like chanterelle mushrooms and Elderflowers to make cordial, Well I for one would like to know How to Forage. What kind of plants etc can be found and used in throughout the UK and what sort of recipes you can make from start to finish or from ground (tree, plant) to plate.
@@LostInTransit I've recommended it to you before, but try wild swimming in the old slate pits on the wonderful little island of Easdale in Argyll. It's just a two minute ferry ride from Ellenabeich, 30 mins south of Oban 😊
I do miss charity shops and car boot sales since moving from UK. There are car boot type sales here in Croatia but nothing has prices marked and as soon as they find out you are foreign the price goes up. I also like pine furniture but it is out of fashion these days so you only find it secondhand.
I used to brew beer in my condo in Manhattan. Had a 5 foot tall enormous cubby off my living room. It was a converted parking garage so had some weird curved walls. Brewing ales will make your house smell like a locker room with smelly socks. 😂
Tom lost the stick on his Jogle and went back to find it and amazingly he did. You must always keep that.
Love watching all your videos.
The stick. Wow. The effort Tom went to to rescue it!
The stick that crossed an entire country! The unforgettable stick that waited for Tom to come back for it! What a cool and cute cottage.
What a journey it's been on!
If you sleep on your side, try putting a pillow between your knees, and some turmeric everyday to keep inflammation in check.

Is it Tom's stick he found on his trek from John O Groats to Land's End?
Of course! Tom's walking stick that he misplaced and ended up retracing his steps back to Scotland to find! A great video, Iz. I hope your back feels better soon!

I hope you both are enjoying it! The small hidden backyard seems like a nice spot to have, especially after you cleaned it up. So private!

Small but homely and just the place a new mum needs. Being in Cornwall what else could you want?
The stick is iconic! and for life, Tom should take it on every adventure!

The more energy you put into something, the more you are attached to it - so "the stick" will stick with you til the very end 😀

Magnesium deficiency can cause cramp. Give a decent magnesium powder a whirl.

Nice video Izzy 👍
Hi, the back pain and knee pain is most likely tight hamstrings. Exercises to stretch the hamstrings should help.
Looks great well done.
Thank you! Cheers!
That's a stunning cottage 👍
It's great isnt it!
the stick he left behind
