I had no idea they made power armor for power armor, which do you think is more sacred? rarity aside the centurion suit is protecting the marine and his holy power armor both.

I love the centurion models, so much fire power at a reasonable points cost, they're awesome!
last month I put together my first centurion and left it on my desk along with the rest of my models. I came home from work and found my centurion on my arm chair chewed into small chunks. my Siberian husky called Buddy had found a toy that he liked the look of as much as I did. now I got 2 models that I can't use until I get a new box. you would hope that centurion put up a good old fight before it was ripped to bits.

Centurions are Dreadnoughts but because Dreadnoughts are too T H I C C they are like "yeah we can use a smaller one"
Dreadnoughts are surgically implanted, and the pilot cannot leave. Centurions are exoskeletons, and the pilot can still get out.
The Turbanator I know but you can be a walking corpse inplanted to a tank with like v8 engine or you can be a guy who glued his armor with more armor and is less T H I C C

The main reason I love 40K is the INCREDIBLE detail on the miniatures. I used to do dioramas from WW2 but 40K takes it to a whole new level.

Centurions ! A tool of war in the Space Marine arsenal that makes sense . Doesnt need people entombed inside , can be manifactured in practical numbers and has a specific role to fulfill in the battlefield . The models are pretty badass too .
I think Centurions appeared in one of the GW audiobooks , one about a black templar dreadnaught in Armageddon . They were covering the dreadnaught assault with support fire .

I'm new to the Warhammer 40k universe and I have learned a great deal from you guys keep up the good work.
That is really cool about how the symbol on their shoulder pad matches how they fit inside. I have often wondered about how their arms are arranged on the inside because the centurion arms look to far out to fit a space marine arm inside.
I remember how everyone in my gaming club hated the centurion models at first but then saw what they could do and said they always loved them.
As an Adept of Mars I would gladly take those suits for...'inspection and placation of unruly machine spirits'.
Surely the spirits of the armours may be appeased through a sweet paint job.
May the emperor (and OneMindSyndicate) grant my army these much needed Centurions.

They're some of my favorite 40k models and make me debate wanting to play Imperial Fists :P
Centurions with grav cannons and omniscope and lascannons is still one of the most beastly ( and expensive) units that you can field in the codex. I bet it'd be neato as hell to see two squads of them walking up the field with a libraius conclave and Roboute Guilleman plus some vets and Honor Guard.

suggestion: what happened between 30k and 40k? I'm an avid fluff reader of the Horus Heresy era novels, but haven't read any 40k novels. It blows my mind when I think about the time that passed from one to the other and think about not a whole lot changing, well not as much as I'd expect in that time. How long were the Loyal Primarchs active? If not very long, why haven't the demon Primarchs swooped in to annihilate what was left? Who is every body fighting in 40k? Are they still trying to push outwards and continue what the Emperor started before the Horus heresy? Since I'm so used to the space Marines conquering new world's and killing each other, I can't imagine what they are doing in the future after what I've read.

Centurions are cute af, but also deadly af, it's the perfect combo, distract your enemy with your cuteness, then blast then in the face. Melee-ing them in the face until their face no longer looks like a face works too.
Am starting up again after a 10 year break from 40k. This would help supplement the few boxes I've bought so far

centurions are the backbone(or at least should be) for any space marine army, just because of the immense fire power the can deal and soak up, especially if you combine assault centurions with devastator centurions.
