- Before playing REAL table tennis the body needs to wake up. Imagine playing table tennis right out of bed. No way! Above being awake, there is another level of awakening that most of us don't reach in a normal day and that is where you elevate your senses and stimulate your nervous system for action. You need this level to play your best table tennis and avoid injury. Beginner table tennis players and advanced alike can use this warmup to elevate their senses and warm up their body. Have looked for this for so long I lost track . Thank you for confirming my theories!
Glad this helped. Jin is a certified personal trainer so feel confident in your thoughts. Dynamic warmups are the way to go!
Thank you !!
You're welcome!
Nobody before told me static stretching is unefective for TT. THX. I was doing static stretching almost before every training and I noticed I play better with no warm up at all, then my body reaction is quicker, sharper and more explosive. Table tennis is not yoga.
That's absolutely right! TT isn't yoga. We're trying to be explosive, mobile, and injury free. That's the goal!
I'm glad you came back to making videos. I remember the first couple you put out a few years ago and was impressed for how good your form looked (given how long you had been playing).
You made my day. Thanks for you support. Are you still playing TT?
WOWWW!! Even i will start using these warmups strategy before my training and matches!!
We're honored! Thank you
