Please help me how to tune a harmonica i just buy in for a really cheap price and it arrived put of tune and now It's been sitting in my closet for a month and I wanna play but I remember it's not tuned, Please someone help me
When you played the "5th" I didn't see the needle or any indicators move or anything different, You said, "it might not show up on screen", what did I miss? Just ordered one from Ron in S.D.. He called me right back and cleared up one of my questions! Shipped the next business day:-)) Very pleasant to deal with. I did hear the "beating" at low volume. The reeds flatten slightly when breath pressure is harder (such as in a performance situation), so you tune slightly higher to compensate. It's a pretty common convention among harmonica customizers and techs.

Why is this fellow tuning to A 443? Everyone else is on A440.
