Second: assume that NRC is done and X million's of illegals are detected then what? It's India's responsibility or any host countries to prove that the people are from xyz state or states. The other state or counterpart must acknowledge the illegals as their citizens provide them with documentation and then deportation may take place. This takes years and years. What do you do with these people until then? This is the UNHCR procedures to which India is a signatory to. Patriotism is the last resort of a scoundrels

Actually no.... sai Deepak is a much more improved form.... Swamy is mostly a Constitutional expert and draws his arguments from there... But Deepak also has knowledge about Indian history and culture, Hindu religion, anthropology along with law and Constitution

Since 1/3 rd of Bangladesh is below sea level about 50 lakh are going to be displaced in 10 years and it is likely that a other 1 crore will enter India with the help of people like Sitharam Yethury/ Mamata Banerjer etc.
J.Saideepak should conduct 1 day work shop to American Senators and British Parliamentarians about article 370/35A and recent CAA/NRC/NPR and all the clarification should be given as it appears the two have poor knowledge of English.If need he may also address the lawyers and Judges.

My observation is.
Western countries particularly like USA, UK are bent upon ensuring that India does not become economically viable, self-reliant and strong.
While they want to prosper, free from any internal strife, they don't want peace to prevail in India.

The problem of illegal immigrants is much larger than I expected. It's really difficult to get them out.
You haven't got the crux of his argument. There is no need to deport them. Just don't give then voting rights and don't allow them to own property. This way - they are identified and fending for themselves as stateless entity who could be deported by pressurising Bangladesh over years. This could be the most likely solution although everyone thinks that ultimately they would be deported which is not going to happen. So be happy, support modi and push for india wide nrc.

Because they vote in a group, all we need to do is unite and vote together in cause all can be resolved. Take this for example there are 100 students and for food there's voting everyday and there is group of 25 people who vote together and rest all vote independent in the end 100 students will have to eat what those 25 students choose.

Atleast we should have nrc in 6 states now compulsory.

The amount of damage done to our country by congress is mind boggling. I fear for my children and grandchildren. Hope they do not suffer under a Khalifat.

He has explained well about the way illegal migration took place. For the sake of protesters he should have explained how to prove oneself as Indian without any documents. It will help in stopping protests. There are many Indian Hindus who don't have homes, birth certificates,or any other documents.
