Great day 1. Really nice to see the East Coast atmosphere. Looking forward to watching the rest of the trip.
Beautiful place and great video!
Nice video. The northeast kingdom is up and down. Looked like a good time. Vermont has a lot of good riding. Take care, Al
Beautiful footage Joe!
Did this route with my wife and 2 friends beginning of October this year, I took photo and video but seeing it from your perspective brought back even more great memories. Thanks!
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. I'm glad it brought back some fond memories. I think you may have had better colors than I did as I feel (& it looks to me like ) I may have been a bit late for the best colors.
Wow!! The colours were absolutely spectacular. I am looking forward to catching up with the rest of the trip. I felt for you on the first day though having to build up your bike at the airport with little sleep even with only a short hop on day 0.
Burlington is a nice sleepy little town but I HATE the airport... more specifically, flying into the airport. It's a good drop being surround by mountains, kinda scary dropping into and airport and not "gliding" into an airport.
This is the Gravel Growler correct? I know you can get great beer at a gas station, but did you go to the brewery in Richmond or Stowe? Alchemist is iconic.
Alas I did not as much as I should have. It's hard for me to get moving again on a bike once I have a beer or 2 midday . I should have researched Richmond more since I was there the first night but I was so tired it slipped my mind. I think if I was traveling with another rider I would have been more open to stopping.
@@socaljoe Oh I get that. If you ride with another person you can split a flyte at each brewery. Restarting is hard, but it's doable.
