Yes Mamamoo is their mid to early 30s but these ladies can sing very well. Their harmonies are superb... check the dingo live if i remember it right where they sang live...you will love it...They don't follow the usual badwagon for KPoP... I'm a Momo fan 🙂

They're one of the few Kpop artist who debuted pretty late, Solar, the leader in the white dress was 22 just like the rapper Moonbyul, the other two, Hwasa and Wheein were 18 I think, and they're best friends since middle-school. Their lyrics 90% of the time are really meaningful, especially in their solo songs. I won't mention videos you should react to, because other fans will post a whole list anyway. 😅 If you want to know more about their personalities, you can watch basically any video, they have zero filter, I mean literally. If you want to know more about their disco, just watch their live performances. All of them are madness. People in the industry call them "The best live performers" for a reason. Among the four members, you were able to hear the rapper called Moonbyul, she stands out in her solo work by a more Rock approach with the titles Éclipse, Lunatic, C.I.T.T, and more recently Touchin&Moovin - Without video, you will find Attention Seeker, Memories and Dark Romance. So happy y'all finally reacted to Mamamoo. They are amazing !! Vocals on point and even better live. Saw them in concert last May and I was blown away. They were under a new label when they debuted, RBW, their first group actually. The CEO said he wanted to form a group of artists and not just idols. As the company didn't really have money Mamamoo had to come up with the choreography, do their own makeup and outfits, they did alot of busking in order to promote themselves. As mentioned, they are Vocal Queens. Their Killing Voice is a good performance to check out songs and vocals as they do snippets of their songs. Fun fact- Killing Voice was originally only for rappers but Solar (eldest of Mamamoo) wanted to participate also. This led to Killing Voice allowing groups to participate. Mamamoo was the first invited and since then other vocal talented groups, like EXO, Red Velvet, Big Mamá, BTOB, SHINee, and Akmu have participated. I'll be going to see Wheein in concert this may and cannot wait. The Immortal Song Medley is also worth checking out. It's from a show where artist perform covers of legendary back in the day songs. 14 times invited to participate and they got 3 wins out of it. Sometime soon in your exploration of MMM watch a video essay with the unfortunate title Why Mamamoo is the Most Underrated Kpop Group. This is getting long so I won't give you an essay about the Aya MV but there's almost always more going on in Mamamoo MVs than the sensory overload that meets the eye and ear on first view and I think it's fun to try to figure out the extra layers of meaning. Nothing is random or just for looks so it's worth pondering questions like why they used an Arabian Nights concept for the main set & costume design and why three of the members play outlandish characters that have nothing to do with the Arabian Nights: Hwasa as a dominatrix dentist whacking away at a mouthful of Tooth tombstones with a pickaxe, Moonbyul looking like she wandered in off the set of a Robin Hood movie, and Solar dressed as a ghost in a long white dress with extra long hair extensions and a unibrow she said was a nod to Frida Kahlo. What's Frida got to do with a breakup song or the ghost character and why does Solar end the MV by stabbing a bowl of her tears? It took a bit of research into young female Asian ghosts and the life of Frida Kahlo to come up with a theory. Solar has a wild imagination and her Aya character is a great example. My personal favourite is windflower and starry night. Mamamoo came from small company just like bts and struggled financially… They are older than other kpop girl groups and they are mature as they do not follow typical concepts in kpop.. they have struggled a lot as a women are thrown easily aside if they do not look fresh but they survived based only on their talent cuz they didn’t fit korean standards of how kpop girl groups should act or dress, didn’t follow those cutesy concepts… They did a lot of hardwork.. write their own lyrics, concepts and even choreographed cuz they lacked funds… they performed in festivals and small venues so people can see them or listen to them. They faced a lot of hardships.. earlier in days n still do to a extent you should check out their guide as well There is one video on why mamamoo is most underrated girl group in kpop? You should check tht out sometime as well. They are more like artists who mind their business.. are not in news n dramas. All the concepts u see today.. in girl groups…mamamoo kind of opened doors for them.. they broke so many barriers for women in kpop industry they were ahead of their time. They did pole dancing ( not in vulgar manner in artistic dance form manner) , hwasa got hate for wearing revealing clothes( not much revealing acc to western standards) and now you would see kpop girls doing pole dance.. wearing bold outfits which were first worn by mamamoo girlies.. they do not use feminism as a scapegoat or use it in lyrics in condescending way like blackpink does(to put down others and say how they are better) They use it in very positive way or in actions.. their music is very beautiful. Always has message or explanation just like bts. hwasa is most famous member out of mamamoo and most active she and other members are doing solo stuff n albums right now. They haven’t disbanded they are 10 yr old group… they are one of few girl groups to still stay together they are on hiatus to do solo activities and get back together. Bts and mamamoo members are friends especially v, jhope and jin.
So excited you have done Mamamoo finally!!! Try their song Hip and check out their Killing Voice Live performance. They are 27-32 years old and incredible artists. They debuted in 2014. Similar to BTS... They write a lot of their music and debuted with a small company... they have also faced a lot of backlash.... but strive to give a positive voice to women. They have a wonderful more mature kinda jazzy sound than a lot of other groups. I am ARMY but have so much respect and love for Mamamoo 💜 My bias is Hwasa, check out her solos Maria and I love my body.

as a rock fan for 50 years, I became a fan of Mamamoo in 2021, for your next videos I recommend you watch Immortal Song Meddley and killing Voices MAMAMOO. Among the four members, you were able to hear the rapper called Moonbyul, she stands out in her solo work by a more Rock approach with the titles Éclipse, Lunatic, C.I.T.T, and more recently Touchin&Moovin - Without video, you will find Attention Seeker, Memories and Dark Romance. MAMAMOO's first tracks are also closer to old rock. MAMAMOO are considered the best vocal group and best group on stage.

So happy y'all finally reacted to Mamamoo. They are amazing !! Vocals on point and even better live. Saw them in concert last May and I was blown away. They were under a new label when they debuted, RBW, their first group actually. The CEO said he wanted to form a group of artists and not just idols. As the company didn't really have money Mamamoo had to come up with the choreography, do their own makeup and outfits, they did alot of busking in order to promote themselves. As mentioned, they are Vocal Queens. Their Killing Voice is a good performance to check out songs and vocals as they do snippets of their songs. Fun fact- Killing Voice was originally only for rappers but Solar (eldest of Mamamoo) wanted to participate also. This led to Killing Voice allowing groups to participate. Mamamoo was the first invited and since then other vocal talented groups, like EXO, Red Velvet, Big Mamá, BTOB, SHINee, and Akmu have participated. I'll be going to see Wheein in concert this may and cannot wait. The Immortal Song Medley is also worth checking out. It's from a show where artist perform covers of legendary back in the day songs. 14 times invited to participate and they got 3 wins out of it.
I love vocals and that puts Mamamoo, and EXO (male kpop group) at #1 for me.

Mamamoo has released hundreds of songs and dozens of singles and albums as a group, solo or subunit and there are hundreds of hours of spectacular live performances available on yt so you've got a lot of great music to look forward to. Besides being the universally acknowledged top female vocal group Mamamoo has carved out a unique niche among girl groups as artists (rather than teen idols) who are involved in all creative aspects of their career including songwriting, choreography, styling and MV concepts while often taking a stand on social issues most idols avoid. I see from your reply to another comment that you only react to Patreon requests so take this as a suggestion, whether it's on your own time or as a reaction. Sometime soon in your exploration of MMM watch a video essay with the unfortunate title Why Mamamoo is the Most Underrated Kpop Group. It's actually an excellent guide to the group and what they're all about rather than an answer to the question posed by the clickbait title and I think the info it provides is crucial to fully appreciate the group and their importance in kpop.
DJVillan pointed out some fun facts about Mamamoo and I'll add a couple more:
First group to have all members chart on Billboard as solo artists while the group was still active as a unit.
In 2023 MMM joined TLC, Destiny's Child, and the Spice Girls as the only girl groups to sell over 70K tickets on their debut US tour.
DJ mentioned that the members are starting to do solo world tours. I take it you're in the US so you might want to check availability for Wheein's upcoming US concerts in May and June. As good as their records are any moomoo (MMM fan) will tell you that Mamamoo is best when they're live and imo an opportunity to see the full group or the members in concert should not be missed.
This is getting long so I won't give you an essay about the Aya MV but there's almost always more going on in Mamamoo MVs than the sensory overload that meets the eye and ear on first view and I think it's fun to try to figure out the extra layers of meaning. Nothing is random or just for looks so it's worth pondering questions like why they used an Arabian Nights concept for the main set & costume design and why three of the members play outlandish characters that have nothing to do with the Arabian Nights: Hwasa as a dominatrix dentist whacking away at a mouthful of Tooth tombstones with a pickaxe, Moonbyul looking like she wandered in off the set of a Robin Hood movie, and Solar dressed as a ghost in a long white dress with extra long hair extensions and a unibrow she said was a nod to Frida Kahlo. What's Frida got to do with a breakup song or the ghost character and why does Solar end the MV by stabbing a bowl of her tears? It took a bit of research into young female Asian ghosts and the life of Frida Kahlo to come up with a theory. Solar has a wild imagination and her Aya character is a great example. Have fun coming up with your own answers if these questions intrigue you.

The youngest is birn in 1995 and the oldest was born in 1991. And i think the reason they are more "mature" us that their image is not using the fact they are (were) young women so not going for the girly image luckily they were allowed to do that.

Mamamoo came from small company just like bts and struggled financially…
They are older than other kpop girl groups and they are mature as they do not follow typical concepts in kpop.. they have struggled a lot as a women are thrown easily aside if they do not look fresh but they survived based only on their talent cuz they didn’t fit korean standards of how kpop girl groups should act or dress, didn’t follow those cutesy concepts…
They did a lot of hardwork.. write their own lyrics, concepts and even choreographed cuz they lacked funds… they performed in festivals and small venues so people can see them or listen to them. They faced a lot of hardships.. earlier in days n still do to a extent

All the concepts u see today.. in girl groups…mamamoo kind of opened doors for them.. they broke so many barriers for women in kpop industry they were ahead of their time. They did pole dancing ( not in vulgar manner in artistic dance form manner) , hwasa got hate for wearing revealing clothes( not much revealing acc to western standards) and now you would see kpop girls doing pole dance.. wearing bold outfits which were first worn by mamamoo girlies.. they do not use feminism as a scapegoat or use it in lyrics in condescending way like blackpink does(to put down others and say how they are better) They use it in very positive way or in actions.. their music is very beautiful. Always has message or explanation just like bts.
hwasa is most famous member out of mamamoo and most active she and other members are doing solo stuff n albums right now. They haven’t disbanded they are 10 yr old group… they are one of few girl groups to still stay together they are on hiatus to do solo activities and get back together. Bts and mamamoo members are friends especially v, jhope and jin.
