Thanks for this great video. Is there a trick to using the needle threader? I have just had mine repaired, with new hook and thread holder, but it’s a bit intermittent, and sometimes thread gets caught,or it doesn’t got through the eye of the needle.Sometimes it works like a charm? Tia. X
I have found that if I pull about 8 inches of thread from the spool before hitting the threading button provides extra slack in the thread and allows the thread to go through the eye a little easier.
If your machine has automatic threading, then leave the regular needle in the machine and thread two strands of thread together as if they were one thread. Then swap out the needle for a double needle and thread the eyes of the needle. I will do a video showing this is a couple of weeks. Yes I do and still use it -- mostly for sewing these days. I have a Destiny 2 that I use mainly for embroidery and an Intrigue embroidery/sewing machine. It only has a 4"x4" embroidery field, but it's a great travel machine. Three emboidery machines come in handy during the just-before-Christmas rush all three are work horses.

@@SoEasyQuilts brilliant,thank you so much. 🥰🥰
I want to use the twin needle, and I can't figure how to thread it. Can you do a demo on threading manually for using the twin needle please?

Hello. Do you still have this machine? Do you like it? It’s an older machine but can it be upgraded to ellegante 2 or 3? Thank you
