I drove one, under powered, seats are not removable. I had a 2017 Transit Connect with a 2.5 engine and 6 speed trans, It ran much better and got 30 mpg on highway at 70 mph. Also the seats were removable.

They do have different options (trims) for US/Canada. For Transit Connect it could be just "come back next year" :D
I have severe tailbone. How deep is the drive cushion? If 0 is cheap microbudget car seat and 10 is plush minivan driver seat, what would you say?
6-7 I would say. Not the softest seat but good support.
