For example, eggs in Japan are subject to much stricter quality control, so Japanese raw eggs are safe for consumption. American eggs are not as quality controlled, so they're full of bacteria that needs to be cooked out for the safety of both people and pets. If your country has strict regulations on eggs, then your cat will be fine with raw egg! But if you're not certain, then cooking it is always the surefire way to ensure you don't get your kitty sick. (This is not hate against America, no one come for me, it's just an example)

Not supposed to feed cats raw eggs because of the salmonella. Raw eggs are on the ASPCA's list of human foods pets should avoid. Like humans, cats can get food poisoning from a type of bacteria sometimes present in raw eggs called salmonella. Raw eggs also contain an enzyme called avidin that interferes with cats' ability to absorb biotin, a type of vitamin.
As carnivores, cats require more protein than omnivores such as humans and dogs. For cats, proteins have the following functions: Eggs, especially the whites, are low in fat and are ideal nutrients for cats. On the contrary, yolks are too high in fat and should not be given too much.😅
