    Great explanation! Very helpful. I find Canfield the best at the moment.
    Love your new kitty. Hug her and cuddle as often as you want. Can’t spoil a cat too much. I had a very handsome Tuxedo cat, he was the love of my life after my puppy, a boxer girl years ago.
    I’m coming off of Covid-19 at the moment, feel as you do but not out of breath. I just can’t smell ANYTHING! Taste isn’t that great either. Just have to wait it out. I haven’t had the energy to do glass but I keep going down to my work space and gaze longingly at what’s on my bench to do. I’m using this time to get some ideas.
    I hope you get completely well soon. I do look forward to your videos. Concise and so well explained.

    You’ve become one of my top fave youtubers. You have an easy to listen to voice, great way of explaining, and bad ass aesthetic. In terms of what I’d like to see next-tips on soldering edges of pieces? Holding the piece up if it’s strangely shaped or round, then getting a bead on the edge (is it possible?) eludes me lol. Also, painting glass or if you know anything about copper overlay? Anyway, thanks again for your info and hard work!

If anyone says to avoid spoiling her, they are not cat people and if they have cats, that is sad. First off, really like your vids. Informative and easy to follow. You mentioned that you don't have allergies, are you sure? New cat can lead to new allergy. Stress is possible too. Ask your doctor about trying low-dose Xanax for a month or so. It will help with anxiety if that's the problem. Shortness of breath and fatigue are symptoms of anxiety and depression. Just a thought. Good luck.

    • @MakenzieHallie
      @MakenzieHallie  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Indeed. I was sick before kitty. It's been the longest sickness 😔 and then I tried allergy meds for more then few days and it did absolutely nothing. But that major chest rattle has subsided and I do feel like I'm gaining a little more energy daily. I did not no that was a symptom of anxiety and depression. I battled anxiety pretty badly for the first time in my life when my husband was deployed a couple years ago and my dog started having seizures in that time. I think I had some wierd trauma with seizures from my mom being really sick and having them as a kid. It was awful. BUT after about a year/year and a half the anxiety slowly disappeared. So now I can get that fast heart rate from excitement, nervousness, etc, and not spiral into actual heart pounding, sweating, shaking anxiety. It just never comes you know what I mean? I can have my anxiety triggers and the real anxiety never comes. So I'm hoping that was just a year span in my life that I had anxiety. I don't feel that now. But depression, maybe. Its hard to focus for sure too but it is getting better everyday. BACK when I had anxiety attivan was my saving grace. I felt like a human again. LOL. Idk. Hopefully it's just from this adjustment time while he's newly gone. But now that I know this, I will be paying extra attention. Should I feel wierd or not like I'm getting better ill have a chat with doc for sure. ♡

I'm bi-polar and mine shows up in all sorts of ways. Usually loss of focus in my tasks and less enjoyment in them. Akin to ADD a little. Time for yourself is the best remedy. Watch a good movie or a night out with friends may help too. Just keep distracting yourself with menial tasks until it passes. If not, keep pestering the doc! Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Meditation and yoga, (for you, cuz you're young and fit, not for everyone), can be helpful too. Again, just suggestions, cuz you are the master of your own mind and state of. Thanks again.

      @@MakenzieHallie You sound an awful lot like me. Have you been to see a therapist of some kind? I would suggest a psychologist first to confirm what I'm thinking and then getting a referral for a psychiatrist to further confirm and suggest meds, if necessary. I never cared for meds but, they do help some. It's the knowledge of the problem that helps the most. That's what I got out of it. Knowing you have an issue and knowing what that issue is helps in the long run. It's identifying those symptoms and what is causing them that pushes you towards a treatment that works for YOU. We're all different and it's a journey of self-discovery that can end in balance if you let it. That's the best I got. Use as you see fit and keep up the good work you do. Remember, some of us give a shit! Oh, and I don't think you'll have a problem finding the right dog for you, again.

      No, no therapist anytime recently! There is no concern or anything i would have to see one right now. This is a very much a I'm sad because my military husband is gone again. 😂 Totally normal. But I'm already over a month in and just about back to my normal peppy self. If I had any major concerns I would do something about it for sure! I've been a military wife for 11 years this month, and the blues when they leave is par for the coarse! But, I appreciate your insight none the less!!! Also, I still have my both my girls- dogs!! I was saying I was getting ready to stop working, & take them for a walk. I would be DEVASTATED if something happened to my babies!! Lol!
      Also- there is NOTHING wrong with meds. They when used correctly, for the right person can be life saving. Like i mentioned, back when I experienced anxiety and the ptsd from my mom's seizures as a kid, the attivan was what made me feel just normal. Being on top of and proactive about any mental health struggles is number one priority. And sometimes that means meds, there is no shame in that!

      I have never heard this one before! I've never had a change in my patina from doing so. If you're wiping off your brush like I do, there is no way it's a significant enough amount to altar the potency in the rest of the bottle by pouring a cap full back in. If you're pouring out a glass full at a time and turning it all brown by continuously dipping a super dirty brush in the glass, then yea I'd say probably don't pour it back in!
