This is the juncture where I can honestly say that as a regularly touring country western musician I can not figure the country music industry out . . . . . this guy Easton Corbin is pure talent, maybe too much for the industry to handle. This man's music has been as solid a piece of my life as my wife has been. His music gets played at every event we have at our house. We live in gold country in the Northern California Sierra's and when I play his music, I play it loud and it rings throughout the forest and the neighbors dig it, BIG TIME ! ! !
Yeah dude, I feel you. It's like that in the entire "industry" - I'm sure by 2024 you've heard all about the secret clubs out there, none of which we know the name thereof... I've been in the music/acting industry too (since I was idk, 14 y/o?), have some pretty big awards, accomplishments, and whatnot under my belt too (although I'm not a rich man because the real money is reserved for the special bois lmao)... and I can 100% confirm it's super weird out there in the game and if you're a touring musician, I'm sure you know too - so I think it's safe to say you and I BOTH know what's wrong with the entertainment industry altogether... it's not right, but it's just the way it is... for now. I pray for change, no doubt. I think people are getting old of the plastic, AI-produced music out there and I feel a change coming in my bones. :) This oldschool style country music is amazing, and no joke, so is the oldschool R&B/rap/rock/any genre pre-2010's IMO. It will get back there someday. God bless you bro and stay having fun with music regardless of the club-member, pencil-pushing, stiff-necks out there!
@@ItsSamStone You nailed it Sam. The whole ent. industry has allowed the demonic to step in and infiltrate all of the music that was at one time the music America was known for. The whole P Diddy and Kat Williams has taken our roots and spiritual commitment to clean heartfelt music to the next level. A lack of God's presence in society and life as it once was has created a toxic acid that threatens to erode our foundational claim to be the greatest country in the world.
