This is BJPs development in Kashmir. This is Smart City development. This place is Batwara within Srinagar Municipal Corporation,just 5 KMs from Lal Chowk and with smart City limits. See at least foot bridges on River Jehlum must be at least after every two kms at places of inhabitants The bridge near this place is under construction from last ten years still not known when it shall get completed. This is development of J&K. Miserable situation
