Thank you Thank you Thank you! My fiance and I have been engaged since 2016. We had our photos done a few years ago and now we are having them done again. The only reason we are doing them again is that our wedding package includeds a free session! :)

those are photos of me. She was probably shooting on a 50 for both.
What has helped me figure out what to wear for BOTH is to maake sure both lool like they're going to the same party together. Idk why putting it that way to my partner helped him understand how much effort was required.

I confess I had a good laugh about the spray tan remarks, mostly because the assumption that the groom would also be white is a bit of a leap. Though I must say, as a gothy bride with a Halloween wedding coming up next year and a Filipino groom, _very_ excited to look like a ghost in my engagement pictures.
It wasn’t really a generalization about all couples but more so an example of a scenario where the contrast looks extra strange. Obviously if the bride’s partner is already darker than she would be with a spray tan this would not apply.
