Your explanation is very good sir. Can I give talaq ul sunnat under the guidance of Mufti sahab means religious leader? The letters which will be sent by mufti sahab for correspondence or information can it be valid and enforceable ? There will be no any problem in future? Mufti sahab may either send letter asking for khula or may send letter of indication of intentions of talaq of husband. Kindly reply.

My wife has been living separately from me for 3 years. I filed a case for resituation of conjugal rights in the court to bring my wife back but she did not come.
Then after 3 years, I sent the first talaqnama notice (talaq-e-hasan)to my wife through the lawyer. Again, after a month, I sent the second talaqnama notice. I am about to send the third talaqnama notice again.
Sir, after sending all three divorce notices, will I get a divorce certificate?
If I get it, will it be valid? And after getting the divorce certificate, can I marry again?
