Hey Medito! I've been using the app a lot and I'm super grateful for it :) Btw I watched a podcast by Dr Andrew Huberman about exteroceptive meditation. Would it be possible for your team to add some daily guided meditations for that purpose as I've yet to find one already available. Thank you so much and good continuation! :D

The oldest evidence for meditation dates back to the Neolithic period, around 5,000 to 7,000 BCE. Archeologists have found evidence of meditative practices in artifacts found at the Çatalhöyük site in Turkey, where drawings of people meditating in what appears to be a trance-like state were discovered. Other artifacts from this time period, such as cave paintings and sculptures, also show evidence of meditation techniques, such as breath control, visualization, and chanting. These findings suggest that meditation has been part of human practice for a very long time, and is rooted in ancient spiritual traditions.

I see that you're using an AI generated voice, that's a good use for AI 👍

Nice, but it seems that you forgot about a couple of continents, didn't you... Was there no such thing as meditation on the whole african continent? And what about the Aboriginal Australians? Looking forward to part two of the video🤗

They could mention druidic incubatory sleep, & contemplative inspiration via isolation in darkness, with the head wrapped in a cloth & a heavy stone on the chest, as a single point of focus.

Thank you, Medito team, for creating such a great app. I am feeling depressed and facing many problems that are affecting my ability to focus on work and studies. I have tried many things to overcome it, but after using the Medito app for meditation, I am now feeling better and experiencing positive changes in my life. Thank you so much for your support. Sending love from India.💌

I always find your videos to be less researched. If you are going to make a video on some topic on which your platform ja based please do research it well.
Otherwise don't go there and instead of going in historical facts just stay on the process ( meditation).
    My humble request.
