I do wonder? In Alien 3 when she realised she has one inside her and they offer to take it out safely and state she can still live a normal life again, was she just stubborn to her morals and refused to betray them and let them have it - she would rather die with the last xenomorph inside her, or was it just a case Weyland had broken all trust they had with her she did not believe them?
